In order to show that one should meditate, it says "How does it arise?" etc. In order to show that the joy of the Buddhas should also be like the empowerment, etc., it says "Those on the crown of the head," etc. Even on the crown of the head, whatever vidya and whatever vidya are joined together, like Vajradhara, know that all of that is also the four kinds of enjoyment. In order to show that, it says "I bless," etc. What is called blessing oneself is: Om Dharma Dhatu Svabhava Atma Ko'ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ धर्मधातु स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहं,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dharmadhātu svabhāva ātmako'haṃ,Literal meaning: Om, Dharma Realm, Self-nature, I). The addition of "etc." refers to blessing the mind, etc. Therefore, this speaks of the four limbs, such as recitation. These are only slight representations, and for everything, it should be shown as the main deity of the mandala lord. In order to show the answer to the question "On what should one make the mudra?" it says "Hero," etc. What is called the essence mudra is the mudra of the wisdom being, etc. Because of conformity, it is sealed by the lord of the family. What is called the fruit is Akshobhya. The cause is Vajradhara, the fruit Akshobhya is sealed by Vajradhara. How does Dharma arise? In order to show the answer to this question, it says "Perfectly endowed with the four enjoyments," etc. The four enjoyments are recitation, etc. The Vajradhara who is endowed with that, endowed with all the deities, meditates on the Dharma arising with the three sides of the nature of the body, etc. What is called "its center" is to purify the field represented by meditating on the Dharma arising. First, one should meditate on the ten-spoked wheel, which has ten wrathful ones to protect. It is not to meditate on the protective wheel inside the Dharma arising, as it is said: "Below that, the earth is made of vajra by Hum," and similarly, it is said "Hum made or the crown of the head," etc. Here, the doubt of the word "in the center" is not explained.

That which is called "arising from ten" is the very nature of pure faith and so on. That which is called "the vajra of cessation" is the characteristic of a mind that has not arisen. That which is called "revolving like the immovable" should be regarded as revolving quickly, like revolving without moving. How is the discipline like that? In order to show the answer to this question, "Vajradhara" and so on are spoken. That which is called "practice" is the cause of the practice of these two stages. That which is called "diligence" is to be undertaken. Vows are to be kept and so on. All of these are extensively explained in the root tantras, and so on, and are explained wherever they are explained. That itself is divided by the distinction of stages. That which is called "divided by the distinction of stages" means that it is spoken with the distinction of differences. That which is called "desire for form and sound, etc." shows that very nature, and from form, etc., attachment, hatred, and delusion arise. In that attachment, one should think of its nature as the nature of immeasurable light. Likewise, Ratnasambhava is of the nature of equality, and the nature of equality itself is the vow, and because it is Vajradhara, one should contemplate that all desires for form, etc., are of the nature of Vajradhara. Thus, contemplating that form, etc., are non-dual, is what is meant by observing the discipline. That which is called "aspect" and so on is the answer to hatred, delusion, etc. That which is called "aspect and" is the nature of skillful means and wisdom. The aspectless is by the nature of non-duality, and after contemplating it as the nature of the three letters that pervade everywhere, one should benefit sentient beings by activities such as recitation and play. That which is called "activity" is killing. Stealing is taking away property, and those and other activities should be done. Thus, in accordance with the form and activity of the deity just mentioned, one should generate everything in the nature of hatred, etc., and if one seals it with the secret and complete vajra kilaya mudra, then it will accomplish the benefit of the yogis. Having explained it in common in that way, each and every hatred, etc.
