Having settled in its place, on the skull of a woman, write the mantra in the heart of the dragon daughter residing in the mandala of wind, and draw the form of union as before and summon. Extend the right leg, step on with the left leg, and recite the mantra of urging, then it can be summoned. In order to explain the mantra of the Wrathful Frowning Mother, it is said, "Then," and so on, meaning from where does the individual understanding of the vows of space arise, who is the nature of the Vajra, that is like immeasurable light. The hand gestures of the Wrathful Frowning Mother, etc., are similar to the White-Clad Mother, having a reddish-white color, possessing a garland of skulls, slightly baring fangs. The so-called "with vows, etc.," should be understood as summoning with the vows of union, etc., as before. What is said to summon only with meditation is "cessation," etc., cessation is being separated from the mind's wandering everywhere. By itself becoming an indivisible recitation, perfected as one-pointed concentration, thereby becoming merely unwavering practice, becoming the single focus of a dualistic mind, with mantras and tantras, etc., practicing methods that do not correspond to the body, etc., can also summon, this is the meaning. Reciting mantras can also cause the mantra practitioner to perform actions, thus other aspects are explained, that is, "or," etc. What is said to be the distinction to be practiced is "Vajra Acharya," etc. The so-called "of all sentient beings in the ten directions," etc., is the explanation of the difference of folded palms, this I have not explained. The so-called "moistened with blood and water," this shows that, corresponding to the union of the former with any wrathful deity, in the place of the mother and in the charnel ground, etc., with the ends of the hair spread downward, manifesting the clouds of wrath, wearing clothes completely moistened with blood, etc., with the ritual previously described, pressing down the sign of what is to be practiced, reciting one hundred and eight times, then death will occur. The wrathful deities are for the purpose of accomplishing the activity of abiding, and for the purpose of accomplishing all activities, one should unite with the king of wrathful deities, thus it is said. The so-called "with the supreme binding of the wrathful deity," that is, the supreme of the wrathful deity

The meaning of "wearing the clothes as described" by the yogi. The ritual of the Kilaya that is spoken of refers to human bones, etc. The meaning is this: The wrathful yogi draws a sharp, five-pointed wrathful vajra on a shroud from a charnel ground with skull, poison, salt, and mustard oil. In the center of that, he writes the name of the person to be worked on, combined with a mantra. Then, he collects ashes from cremation, charcoal, soil from both banks of a river, chaff, and soil from the footprints of the person to be worked on. He mixes it with excrement and urine, makes an image, inserts the cloth into the heart of the image, bends it, joins it together, separates it, and hides it at the enemy's door. After reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times on a Kilaya made of human bone, eight finger-widths in size, he strikes with the Kilaya. Then, it will be accomplished as it has been said. Having explained the ritual of killing, the ritual of moving from a place that is spoken of is, or a skull, etc. The distinction is that it is in accordance with expelling men and women. The meaning is this: One who possesses any wrathful action draws a wheel of wind marked with saliva from the skull as described, juice from the leaves of the Arishta tree, and blood from the little toe of the left foot. On top of that, he draws an image of the person to be worked on, and in its heart, he writes the mantra combined with that person's name. Then, he bends it, blesses it with a mantra recited one hundred and eight times, and recites the mantra with vajra words. If he hides it at the enemy's door, etc., then they will be expelled. On tala leaves, etc., he also makes an image with this same ritual. If he hides it at the door or other places, they will certainly be expelled. The spoken manifestation of the actions of body, speech, and mind Kilaya is from then on, etc. Whichever of body, speech, and mind is bound, that is certainly a binding, namely the Kilaya mantra. If one performs the samadhi like immovable from which it cannot be separated, then one extracts this Kilaya mantra of nectar fire offering. Here also, the two words "Sarva Dushtana (藏文,梵文天城体:सर्ब्बदुष्टाना,梵文罗马拟音:sarva duṣṭāna,汉语字面意思:一切恶人)" and "Sarva Papam (藏文,梵文天城体:सर्ब्बपापं,梵文罗马拟音:sarva pāpaṃ,汉语字面意思:一切罪业)" are removed.
