It should be remembered that it arises from Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), in order to practice in the realm of wisdom. The so-called "total retention" is the certainty of knowing as it is. Now, in order to proclaim the verses of blessing the body and so on, it is said, "In that, this is." Those Buddhas of the three times who accomplish whose body, that is the practice, because it is close to its fruit, it is the blessing of the body of close practice. It is the protection because it obscures the evil destinies and so on. It is the object of any of the three verses, so it is the object of close practice. What is said is "Buddha body holding" and so on. The so-called "object of practice total retention" is the same as before, practice is the Buddhas. Its total retention is the blessing of speech. Whatever its object is, it is said like this. It is the three verses such as "the path of speech of Dharma nature." The so-called "object of great practice protection" is both practice and great, that is, the Buddhas. Its total retention is the blessing of mind and so on, as before. It is the three of the three verses, of which the three of the second verse are slightly taken from the meaning by Acharya Buddha Wisdom and combined. Now, urging the Buddhas, with the vows established by themselves, from the cowardice of loss, bless the practitioners, in order to show that it is so, it is said, "Buddha" and so on. The verses of urging, which are also said in the tenth chapter, should be combined with fierce practice, it is intended to be so. Commentary on chapter twelve is complete. Chapter Thirteen. The commentary on establishing the Vajra vows, the meaning of that very reality, meditating on it, manifesting complete enlightenment. In chapter thirteen, in order to explain the characteristics of mantra recitation, it is said, "After that" and so on. The characteristics of the body and so on of all lineages and mantras are Vajra recitation, it should be combined like this. After that,

The general recitation is taught by "Napa Dorje Dzin," etc. All mantras themselves are the meaning. For their recitation, whatever is the indivisible characteristic of the three vajras should be understood in this way: there are three divisions of vajra, and it should be understood that they are at their end. That is also its arrangement, and it is also the three vajras, so it is said that way. What is said by "body, speech," etc., is the elaboration by the order of mantra recitation. From the seed syllable of the body vajra, the body vajra itself is emanated. From the seed syllables of speech and mind, the speech vajra and mind vajra themselves should be emanated, that is the meaning. This itself should be meditated upon as the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas. To them, the best offerings should be made by goddesses such as Form, and playfulness, etc., should be performed. "Wisdom Vajra" means that with objectless wisdom, with non-dual recitation and elaboration, etc., the sky pervades the body, and it should be done in a way that is transmitted from one to another. Another way is that the instantaneous emanation is taught, which is "or else," etc. From each of the body, speech, and mind vajras, the body and other vajras should be emanated instantaneously. From them, others such as Form, etc., should also be emanated in the same way, or the mandala, etc., of it should be meditated upon as pervading everything. What is said about emanating the wisdom being is "body, speech, and mind," etc. The five Tathagatas, who are characterized by the selflessness of body, speech, and mind, should also be completely emanated instantaneously on both sides with the mind of wisdom, that is, with the seed syllable of the wisdom being. What is said about when to emanate is "after reciting," etc. At the time of reciting the mantra, the vajra of the just-spoken aspect, that is, the Tathagatas, should be emanated. Therefore, again, three verses such as "the mind that strives in recitation" are spoken. "After completion" means that at the end of reciting the mantra, one should contemplate gathering the body, etc., into their respective places. Therefore, it is "the best of the completely hidden vidya maiden."
