Chapter Eleven. The Explanation of the Supreme Being of Knowledge, the Samaya of All Tathagatas' Mantras, the Very Essence. Now, from "Now, from that time on," etc., the eleventh chapter is spoken. All Tathagatas are mantras, therefore, the vajra of its essence and the seed of the mantra body of its essence, etc. The being of knowledge arising from this, that is, this eleventh chapter that demonstrates it, is spoken. The letters of the three vajras are Om, etc. That itself is the supreme of mantras, by which the great mudra called the gods who are manifestly desired should be contemplated and generated. That which is called wisdom vajra, such as melting the moon and urging it with song, etc., what is said elsewhere should be applied here. That very mind of Om Ah Hum, etc., has been mentioned. Those are said to be the nature of the completely pure body vajra, etc., of the mind's dominion in the intermediate state of existence, that is, Om is, etc. The letter Hum is the nature of the mind vajra, and although it is certain, because it is the nature of being inseparable from each other, it is body, speech, and mind, so it is said. From the order of samsara, etc., the seed of the palace, the letter bhrum (བྷྲཱུཾ) residing on the moon, is explained, therefore the mandala, etc., is spoken. That which is called Vajra Born from All is the various vajras, three-pointed, four-faced, residing on various lotuses. As it is said: That which dwells in the center, the lotus is adorned with various vajras. It is said that it means born there. The three letters related to mantra recitation, together with the seat, are spoken, that is, the vajra mandala, etc. That is, the mandalas of vajra and clear dharma, etc. Those who dwell on those lunar mandalas are the letters Om Ah Hum, which should be cultivated, expanded, and recited. The remainder dwells on the mandala of the great power of the wisdom being. Moreover, that wheel of vajra clear dharma is contained in the vajra of body, speech, and mind. Having firmly established oneself in that place, the wisdom body should be expanded and recited. It is said. Or, Vairochana.

Since its mandala itself is indivisible, it is the Vajra Mandala. Since the mandala of Amitabha is not material, it is the luminous mandala. Since the mandala of Akshobhya is the essence of the selflessness of phenomena, it is the Dharma Mandala. From abiding in the wheels of these, one should recite the letters Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) according to the ritual. In order to show that there is no difference between each other, the Vajra Mandala abides in the center. The one called "Om" should be meditated upon intensely. The one called the Secret Mandala is the mandala of Vairochana. The letter Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) should be contemplated in this way. The one called Dharma is the mandala of Amitabha. It is not reasonable to want to meditate on the form of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), because it has been said many times that there is no difference between each other. The multi-storied house that the letter bhvāṃ completely transforms into, which was just mentioned, was not spoken of. Meditate on the place with the letter bhrāṃ. It should be understood that the wheels and so on are transmitted one after another. Now, the three letters of the nature of mind, which were mentioned earlier, are said to abide in the center of Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Chinese literal meaning: Ho), which is called "Essence of the Buddhas of the Three Times." What is that? The three letters in the essence of body, speech, and mind are the nature of Vajradhara father and mother. Making them happy is between the two red letters called Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Chinese literal meaning: Ho). Again, as it is said, "The radiant Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Chinese literal meaning: Ho) and union according to the ritual." That is what is said. The meaning of what was said earlier, "Meditate on the places of the three vajras," is that it has the characteristics of the three letters, that is, the seeds for generating body vajra and so on, which are said to be Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) and so on. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is the body of the Buddha, that is, the body vajra. Mtsag is the seed of generation, and should be meditated upon. Similarly, for speech vajra and mind vajra, the letters Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) are said to be the seeds, which are said to be Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) and so on. Wisdom is generated by the yogi. Samaya is the eye and so on that generate the Samaya Sattva.
