In order to please those mandalas, the common Samaya-hero is the one who destroys obstacles. Even individual wise ones, in order to please their respective mandalas, may become Samaya-heroes. However, the delight that truly arises from the unequaled samadhi that possesses powers such as faith is unimpeded by Yama, the Lord of Death, and others. Because one summons with faith, and one who possesses faith initiates diligence. Those who initiate diligence establish mindfulness. Those who establish mindfulness bring the mind equally into summoning. With the mind that is equally abiding, one thoroughly knows what is truly like it is, and this sequence of faculties is the same for Yama, the Lord of Death, and others. Thus, the fourth is the Samaya-hero. Thus, because one possesses the retinue of wrathful deities in abundance, here purity is explained. The purity of the retinues of the Tathagatas and goddesses has already been explained previously. The explanation of those demon-expelling mantras will become clearer from the explanation. The secret of the nature of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas is Vajradhara. Therefore, it is both secret and assembled, that is, it is said to be a gathering. The blessing of the samadhi mandala of all the Tathagatas, the text of the chapter that reveals it is complete. Commentary on the first chapter. Chapter Two. Commentary on the Mind of Enlightenment. Now, beginning with "Now, from then on," etc., the second chapter on the mind of ultimate Bodhicitta is taught. Body, speech, and mind refer to the nature of the Nirmāṇakāya, Sambhogakāya, and Dharmakāya. Therefore, it is supreme. That itself is the secret of all the Tathagatas. What is that? It is "Unsurpassed Bodhicitta." Because there is nothing higher than this, it is unsurpassed. Here, from below, beginning with "the mind of the nature of Bodhi," the light here is also unobservable by reason. That is, the nature of the oneness and non-duality is unobservable.

Therefore, this is what is said about the bodhicitta of Vajrasattva. Now, starting from "from then on," etc., abandoning the order of emission, relying on this close order of "mind like body," etc., the bodhicitta that manifests the nature of the body below the heart is spoken of. All Tathagatas abide in that samadhi where they manifest enlightenment and appear as the nature of the vajra, which is the meaning of "like a mirror." "All things" refers to form, etc. Separated from this, the aggregates of form, realms, and sources are like a mirror, and the grasping and the grasped are completely abandoned. These two are said to be without self. In order to clarify this, it is said, "The selflessness of dharmas is equality." "Own mind" also speaks of other differences. "Unborn from the beginning" means that the state of being unproduced from the very beginning. It is the nature of emptiness. This is what is relied upon. Now, starting from "from then on," etc., the bodhicitta is spoken of through movement. All Tathagatas are imperishable and indestructible, abiding in an indivisible form in the nature of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu, that is the samadhi like the immovable one, which is the explanation of the meaning. "These things" refers to the things of inner and outer nature. "Unborn" means without things. Because it holds its own characteristics, it is dharma. Because it does not have it, it does not have dharmata. If that is the case, then it will become non-existent emptiness, so it is said, "Like the sky, without self," meaning only the wisdom without object. The way of Ratnasambhava's bodhi is proclaimed. The selflessness of all Tathagatas is vajra, which is the aspect of equality. This is the meaning of the samadhi of "thus said." "All dharmas are unreal" is from the perspective of what is to be known. What is the characteristic of dharma? Because of the characteristic of dharmas, form is
