Therefore, the mind of true Bodhicitta is taken as the main thing. Reciting mantras such as Oṃ, Śūnyatā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ཎྱ་ཏཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized:, Literal meaning: Emptiness), and Dharmadhātu (Tibetan: དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized:, Literal meaning: Dharma Realm), in the order of the moon and vajra, etc. Generating the body of the glorious Vajradhara, the great mudra, is called the form of the great crown protuberance. This form is particularly superior like a crown protuberance or a crest, and possesses the power and qualities to subdue others with its might. One should meditate with the practice of samadhi that focuses on clarifying this, and should also be in union with a consort. If the twelfth chapter says, "Practicing the samadhi of approach, one should meditate on the supreme Bodhi." Some teachers say that approach is meditating on emptiness. Then, how should one understand this inconsistency, since it is said here to generate the great mudra? Answer: The supreme Bodhi mentioned here refers to the nature related to wisdom and compassion. It merely indicates that one should meditate on the manifestation of enlightenment of emptiness through wisdom, and then meditate on the manifestation of enlightenment of the great mudra of means through compassion. The practice of meditating on emptiness is also called approach, and that word also becomes manifest. The detailed reasons for this have already been explained before. During the time of practicing near attainment, the wisdom being dwells in the heart of the deity of approach, and so on. Meditating on the four wrathful deities on the four limbs is done by clearly meditating up to the end mentioned as the nectar swirl. Its meaning should also be understood as explained before. It should be understood that on the secret sign, meditating on the form of the wrathful deity in union with nectar is grasping the end of the blending sequence. If the twelfth chapter says, "In the supreme near attainment, one should examine the vajra birthplaces," the meaning of what is said is that one should only meditate on the six beings on the six birthplaces. Then, how should one understand what is taught here? Answer: As mentioned before, one should meditate from the beginning up to the nectar swirl. Therefore, there the beginning of the blending sequence is mentioned, and here what is said is the conclusion, so it is clear that one must meditate on the complete deity, and it should be understood that there is no contradiction.

During the time of retreat and practice: In the midst of the form of swirling nectar, The mantra practitioner who knows the rituals, Should engage in the union practice of their own deity. This means that during practice, one should contemplate oneself as inseparable from the nature of one's own deity, such as Vajradhara, which one has previously meditated upon, through samadhi. During the time of great practice: This means that in the three places of that deity, one generates the three vajras of body, speech, and mind from the three seed syllables. One invokes and entreats with "Glorious Vajra Holder," and so forth, entreating the union of the father and mother, who are inseparable, and entreating the mandala of the deity. In the twelfth chapter, it is said: During the time of practice, one should invoke. One should contemplate the lord of mantra. When performing great practice, the form of the secret mantra Vajra-holder, one should contemplate the lord as the crown ornament, and wisdom vajra will be accomplished. The meaning of these words, and so forth, which are spoken, should be explained by applying them to two separate categories, as previously explained in detail. That deity and that samadhi should invoke and play with or create others. Some say: It is only invocation. Others say: It is only the blessing of body and speech. Why is it shown as disagreeing with that? It is said: Here, it is shown in this way because it is necessary to invoke the vajra of body, speech, and mind. During the time of contemplating great practice, the lord of all Buddhas, the master of the mandala, is also the great Vajradhara, or the teacher who expounds the tantra, Bodhichitta Vajra. However, from the heart of the wisdom being of the deity that one has previously meditated upon, rays of light emanate, or the sound of bliss from the father and mother engaging in play, summoning all the Tathagatas of the ten directions, and dissolving into the pores of my skin. The remainder transforms into the nature of bodhichitta, descending into the space of the mother. From the pores of the mother's skin, a goddess appears holding a vase of nectar, and again, she bestows empowerment upon my head. From the dissolution, the lord of one's own family adorns the head. The meaning of this should also be understood from the detailed explanation given previously. The method of how to bestow empowerment upon all the deities of the mandala has also been explained previously.
