It concludes with the words "Six Mudras." So, above, the five elements such as earth, and the six vows such as Vajra, are called Vidyaraja. Why are they referred to as wrathful deities here? Just as the vow Vajra and others are, here too, knowledge should be understood as the wrathful deities, and those who become their kings are the wrathful deities, hence they are called Vidyaraja. Secondly, knowledge can be understood as wisdom, because the wrathful deities of its nature are the kings of all deities with the appearance of worldly wrathful deities, hence they are called Vidyaraja. The deities such as Nodme, etc., obstruct in a wheel-turning manner, protect the fire-printed mandala, and perform the work of blocking obstructing demons, they are the deities of the protective wheel mandala. The six mudras of those deities are hooks, etc., that is the meaning. Then, why are the four directional wrathful deities not mentioned? That is because they have already been explained sequentially in the root tantra, so they are not mentioned here. The mudras of those deities should also be placed in the four directions, here it is spoken from the perspective of the protective wheel mandala. The earth, etc., of the Bodhisattvas, are the mandalas of their respective mudras. Although the number of Bodhisattvas mentioned in this tantra is like the fine dust of the Buddha-fields, among those Bodhisattvas, the respective mudras of Ksitigarbha and others should be established in the mandala as they are. That is, mirrors, swords, lutes, etc., as well as containers and various cloths, Vajra of Vajrasattva, are the six mudras of the source of Dharma. Having said that, they should be established together with the mudras of the consorts, in the east establish the wheel of Ksitigarbha, and the five fires of Rupa Vajramatri. Establish Maitreya's Nagavriksha, along with flowers, etc. In the south, establish the Vajra of Vajrapani, and the lute of Shabda Vajramatri. In the north, establish the jewel of Akashagarbha, and the sword of Gandha Vajramatri. The word "Tikshna" refers to the sense of smell, because it is very sharp to judge objects with discriminating consciousness, and objects also quickly cling to the senses, so the meaning of sharpness is used to represent the sword.

That is, place a conch cup filled with scented water. In the west, place a skull cup filled with great blood, that is, the lotus of Avalokiteśvara and the skull cup of Rāhula Vajramātā. Place the sword of Mañjuśrī and the sword of Mañjuśrīmātā. In the north, place the hand gesture or sword of burning that dispels obscurations, and in the hand of the Touching Vajramātā, soft silk garments, like Kalindika, with both ends marked with vajras. The vajra is Samantabhadra, that is, born from wisdom, or having the meaning of wisdom, the realm of wisdom called "the vajra of the owner," the dharmatā or dharmadhātu vajra, like the uncompounded nature dharmadhātu vajramātā. Her emblem is the source of dharma, the triangular A (ཨེ, A). Some say, "the vajra of the owner vajra" means that the vajras are the bodhisattvas, their owners are the vajras. Why is it said so? Because the bodhisattvas are the nature like the wisdom vajra, the bodhisattvamātās are the nature like the dharmatā vajra, therefore, such a hand gesture should be placed. These six meanings are about the complete purification of the root, object, bodhisattva, and bodhisattvamātā, with a definite number. Then, why are Maitreya and Mañjuśrī, father and mother, mentioned? Because the ultimate of the complete purification of hatred is Maitreya, his object is Maitreyamātā. The ultimate of the complete purification of wisdom is Mañjuśrī, his object is the nature of the complete purification of compassion, Mañjuśrīmātā. Generally, this belongs to the count of thirty-six deities in the mandala, but here, the word "place" is used to equally place the hand gestures of two pairs of father and mother, bodhisattva and bodhisattvamātā, in each direction such as the east. Therefore, it is said: Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Wrathful Lords are sealed with five seals. Thereafter, there is another hero, distinguished by the color of the lineage. As it is said, mainly the bodhisattvas and bodhisattvamātās appearing in the lineage of each Buddha, and the father and mother of the Wrathful Lords, should also be sealed with the five seals of the five Buddhas, the lords of the lineage. Therefore, the seals of the five Buddhas should also be placed together with the consorts, in the position of Vairocana, place the eight-spoked vajra wheel with white blazing light.
