And those with spots, the complete destroyers, the unique one, the delighted one from that, Vinayaka (विनायक, vināyaka, 障碍神) with an elephant head, etc., in order to avoid viewing them as truly existent, it is called "non-discriminating self-nature Dharma." That is to say, it does not discriminate between object and mind, grasper and grasped, and oneself knows that all dharmas are naturally pure, realizing the essence of emptiness, called peaceful. In the part that is away from all extremes of elaboration, it is nominally called "form," not clinging to it as a substantial object with characteristics, or a form that can be destroyed. Such a meaning is the indivisible Dharma-nature like a vajra and the non-duality of wisdom, the self-nature of all wisdoms. Abiding in the state of non-discriminating wisdom, not transgressing this, therefore it is called the one with vows. And the path, exhaustion, non-arising, Dharma, following the Dharma-wisdom, conventional, knowing the minds of others, the ten kinds of general wisdom such as the sound, which have become the nature of wisdom, others say are the ten wrathful deities. However, the mantras that come from the secret mandala have not been spoken of beyond four. If you know why ten are fully taught here, what is the need? Answer: The reason for teaching the four that are taken out is that the secret mandala and the outer mandala are said to be established as gatekeepers. The reason for teaching ten here is to establish them in the mandala of the protective wheel and the outer mandala, and the actions that become the gates of individual liberation, and the intention to create separate practices. If you ask, "Can't other gatekeepers be used?" Answer: The four wrathful deities are the deities of direct realization, born from the purification of the four limbs, so they are connected by similar types. In the state of samadhi, meditating on the limbs of the body can also be the gatekeepers of the secret mandala and the outer mandala. The remaining six wrathful deities are the remainder of direct realization. In the causal stage, they are the nature of the formations arising from the mind, and in the fruitional stage, although they arise from the superior Bodhicitta, they are branches of the deities of direct realization because they arise from wisdom or blessings, so they are not established as gatekeepers. They are generally established in the outer mandala, and actions and

It is appropriate to entrust and practice various different practices. The protective wheel mandala is completely established, and this is explained in both the root tantra and the subsequent tantra. The order of body color, etc., is explained in the root tantra. Here, without asking for words, all ten are fully shown. In the first chapter, four are shown, and below, ten are shown. Here, it is also shown to be inconsistent with that. Why is that? It is to eliminate the concern that others may have doubts in the future, and that all ten are needed everywhere, in order to complete the number. Generally speaking, that is the case, but in order to be able to recognize the differences of those wrathful deities, four categories are explained. The deity of direct realization is, and the deity that is not of the mandala is the six, such as Earth Store. Why is that? The nature of the eye, etc., is pure in its place, but since the mantra for expelling outward is not spoken, even if the outer mandala is like that, if there is no direct realization and mantra, is it a wheel enclosure? In order to eliminate such doubts, it is said, "The six, such as the King of Summoning, are known as Wrathful Ones." Because the summoning is mentioned here, it is the place where it is said. The secret mandala that includes the remaining five with words such as the King of Desire, even if it is determined to be a mantra for expelling outward, it is certain to be the meaning of a wheel enclosure. Similarly, in order to show the remaining parts from other places, it is said, "The five, such as earth, and the six vows, such as vajra, showing the born and the arising, are known as Vidyarajas." etc. Among them, the so-called earth, etc., refers to the five, such as Earth Vajrasattva, mentioned in the introduction chapter. The so-called vajra, etc., refers to the vow vajra, which is as difficult to abandon as the bodhicitta. For sentient beings who are attached to the mind stream and cannot be separated, the wisdom vajra of the pure place of one's own afflictions is attached and thoroughly purified, so that the karma of body, speech, and mind, as well as the afflictions of all those sentient beings, are thoroughly purified. In this way, by purifying the karma of body, speech, and mind, and the afflictions of all sentient beings, it arises from that purity.
