Diligently striving and possessing wisdom of meaning, youthful in age and beautiful in appearance with long eyes, like a flower with great attraction, from which arises the lotus-red semen. Seeking all the necessary qualities gathered in the body, offer them to the Vajra Master. Then, holding the mantra and placing it on the right side of the master, abide in a convenient place, offering with the distinctions of outer and inner offerings such as incense and flowers. Kneeling with the right knee on the ground, folding hands, pray to the master: Just as the Bhagavan Great Bliss (བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་ཆེན་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ།) taught the Dharma of pure cause and effect, and empowered beings with the unsurpassed ritual, liberating helpless beings from the suffering of the lower realms, so too, may the Vajra Master reveal to me the meaning of the Vajra Vehicle, bestow the supreme secret empowerment, and liberate all beings from the suffering of the lower realms. Thus pray. With the secret empowerment, secretly, the mantra practitioner should give to the disciple. Thus it is said. Having prayed in this way, the master should also, with a compassionate heart, pity, in order to empower the disciple's continuum with the secret empowerment, purify the continuum with the five nectars and the rays of light emanating from the secret heart, which is called the secret place. Having done so, the mantra practitioner should give to the disciple. That is, first give the vows and say the following words to the disciple: From today onwards, you, my child, should kill all living beings, should speak all false words, take what is not given, should enjoy all women. What you, the virtuous one, should protect are these four supreme objects of greed. Excrement, urine, semen, blood, and the fifth is the arising of mind itself, dog, horse, elephant, cow, meat, and rituals of purification, etc., should be constantly consumed. This is the great vow. Thus it is said. One should also give the substance of the vow containing the five nectars and bone blood, in order to be able to enjoy it. Abiding in the center of the sphere of space, in the manner of a vajra lotus, all vajras should be gathered. As said before, within the source of Dharma,

In the center of generating all the deities of the mandala, the master himself abides in the form of the Great Vajradhara, not staying there, but abiding in the center of the space realm. Then, in order to empower the disciple, the essence of bodhicitta arising from the union of oneself and the mantra, is poured into the secret space, that is, in the form of Vajrasattva. (Thus it is said.) Then, from the secret space, wanting to meditate and practice oneself, the deity is released, scattered in the ten directions, performing the benefit of beings, and then gathered back into oneself, and transformed from the previous position, arising as the great mudra of that deity, that is: all the vajras gather. (Thus it is said.) For that meaning, with the vajra of body, speech, and mind, from the heart, stir everything, take it out from the vajra path, and pour it into the disciple's mouth. (Thus it is said.) Then, also bless the disciple to become the nature of that deity, and also bless the aggregates and so on, including oneself and the disciple, that is: with the vajra of body, speech, and mind. (Thus it is said.) After blessing in this way, abiding in a state of non-duality with the mantra, the dense rays of light hooks arising from the pores of oneself, pervade all the space realm, gathering all the Tathagatas abiding there, I will merge into the continuum of body, speech, and mind. With its essence, stir everything. (Thus it is said.) From abiding in the play of non-duality, stirring the heart essence of each deity, great bliss melts into the nature of bodhicitta, taken out from the vajra path, descending from the secret space, pour it into the disciple's mouth. (Thus it is said.) At that time, recite "Emaho, bliss!", to straighten what arises from the heart. Now, in order to show the merit of that empowerment, therefore, here, with all the vajras, it is the supreme place of empowerment. All mantras will be accomplished, it is an extremely superior supreme place. (Thus it is said.) In such a way, giving empowerment to the disciple at this time, is the supreme place of empowerment of all the remaining Tathagatas who possess wisdom like a vajra.
