All of these, in the speech of the unborn nature of reality, awareness is the self-nature of bodhicitta, abiding in the realm of objects and phenomena. Attachment, hatred, etc., arise from attachment and clinging to desirable objects such as the five desires. Wanting to acquire and cling, wanting to acquire and control, this is the activity of domination. Hatred arises towards undesirable objects such as enemies, and the mind that wants to destroy, intimidate, or abandon them is the activity of fierce manifestation. The four activities and many subtle differences also arise from the two aspects of attachment and aversion towards good and bad objects, becoming the domination of acceptance and rejection. These two can be summarized as such: wanting to accept and reject with a mind possessing attachment and aversion is called the mind of hatred arising from objects, and it should be understood that this is the self-nature of wisdom. The essence of reality and wisdom are just like that, there is nothing else besides that, and it also abides as one in the nature of one, not transcending. Its symbol is the appearance of the father-mother union of skillful means and wisdom, not transcending, therefore it is called samaya. Called various similarities, the appearance of various objects is the image of the realm of phenomena, the mudra of samaya is the appearance of the body of the wisdom mother, the arising of various aspects in the mind is the image of wisdom, the great mudra of the father skillful means appears, the mind entering into objects is the union of skillful means and wisdom. Thus, the essence of reality and wisdom are indistinguishable, similar and identical, and the symbols of skillful means and wisdom are also similar and identical. Therefore, if one possesses such discrimination and samadhi, the fruit arises from manifesting and approaching. It means that the fruit arising from manifesting and approaching the essence of reality and wisdom is that the symbol of the union of skillful means and wisdom is accomplished. Due to the domination of a mind with attachment, the fruit arising from approaching activity is to take desirable objects as one's own and gladly accept them. Due to the domination of a mind with hatred, the fruit arising from approaching fierce activity is to destroy and annihilate undesirable objects, thereby accomplishing the activity of abandoning and discarding.
