Thus, all Tathagatas know in this way and are completely liberated from the three realms and samsara. Sentient beings, however, wander in samsara in the three realms because they have not understood in this way. Thus, the meaning of both secret and gathering has been explained. However, in order to count the number of requested words and to clarify the meaning of the phrases, the second requested word called "Gathering" will also be explained. What is taught by all the Buddhas is called "Gathering," which is said to mean to gather. This is explained in terms of the teacher and in terms of the teaching. In this case, explaining in terms of the teacher, all the dharmas that are established in the continuum of Buddhas and sentient beings, or that are gathered by the root of mind and mind's appearance, are gathered into the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The three aspects of body, speech, and mind are also gathered into the inseparable nature, like the body, speech, and mind vajra of the teacher, Bodhicitta Vajra. That body, speech, and mind are also gathered into the two, white and red Bodhicitta, or the white and red Bodhicitta are also gathered into the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. Because they become one in one essence, everything is gathered, but others do not understand it in that way. Therefore, the gathering itself also contains the meaning of secret, and the meaning of secret also contains the nature of gathering, abiding in one essence. That which is explained in this way is not self-made by some person, nor is it spoken according to the wishes of just one Buddha. It is spoken and taught from the mouths of all the Buddhas who have gone to the three times and who dwell in the ten directions. That which is taught in this way is also expressed in the word called "Gathering," because there is no dharma that is not gathered there, it is called gathering. If explained in terms of the teaching, all the teachings of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, gathered by the vehicle of cause and effect, showing the meaning of samsara and nirvana, and the nature of all dharmas gathered by conditioned and unconditioned, and defiled and undefiled, all the commentaries are gathered in this Guhyasamaja Tantra. And the meaning of this is not gathered in those. Why? Because all the dharmas of samsara that appear impure, also by the power of non-understanding, with body, speech, and mind three.

It abides in the state of being with defilements. When it is completely purified and realization reaches its ultimate conclusion, the Tathagata, free from defilements, transforms into the three forms of Vajra Body, Speech, and Mind. Thus, through the ultimate conclusion of realization, one attains perfect qualities. To demonstrate these characteristics, there are the mandalas of the three forms of Body, Speech, and Mind, as well as the empowerment within these mandalas, the samadhi of meditating on them, the purification of the mind through samadhi, the many skillful means to be practiced, the characteristics of common and supreme accomplishments, and the qualities of those accomplishments, all of which are extensively explained in this tantra. Other tantras only explain a few aspects of these, and do not elaborate as extensively as this one. Therefore, all the teachings of all the Buddhas are contained within this Guhyasamaja Tantra, hence it is called "Guhyasamaja" (密). The meaning of "Samaja" (འདུས་པ་) is that just as all rivers and streams flow into the great ocean, there is nothing that is not gathered here. Moreover, it is not that it sometimes gathers and sometimes does not. It has gathered in the past, it is gathering now, and it will gather in the future. One should understand that the three times—past, present, and future—or the four times, are all equal in this way. Furthermore, it is not that it is forcibly gathered together by the power of worldly beings or the great lord of the world, Maheshvara, or many Ishvaras, but rather it has become so by the reason of its own nature, the Dharma-nature. Because it has been explained in this way, it is called "Guhyasamaja," meaning gathering. The meaning of "Guhyasamaja" is gathering or assembling. Why is this? Because other meanings are gathered into the Guhyasamaja, but the meaning of this tantra is not gathered into others. The reasons for this have already been explained in detail and extensively when explaining the root tantra. However, in order to benefit those who do not have the fortune to hear the root tantra, nor the opportunity to see the collected commentaries by many great commentators, so that they may hear this later tantra, and hear the words of explanation and exposition of this tantra, in order to establish this intention to benefit others, and in order to make it easier for those who have already been extensively explained in the root tantra but are unclear about the meaning of the words to understand, here too, a little explanation and differentiation has been made. Now, the third question: What is the connection of the tantra?
