The ground is called a mandala. The four emblems thus shown are the nature of the four wrathful ones, namely, the hook and the staff, power unshakeable. That is to say, the emblems of the four wrathful ones are shown as Desire King, Nila Danda, Great Power, and Unmoving Protector. Harm Beauty Wheel above and below. That is to say, the emblems of Harm Beauty are the vajra and the bell, which are in the upper direction. The wheel is the emblem of the Great Crown Wheel-Turning King, which is placed in the lower direction. Knowledge King Harm Beauty and others, Six mudras of turning the wheel. That is to say, these words conclude it. Now, above, the five kinds such as earth, and the six vows such as vajra, are called Knowledge King, but why are they called wrathful ones here? Just as the vow vajra and others, here also knowledge should be understood as the wrathful ones, and those who become their kings are also the wrathful ones, so they are called Knowledge Kings. Secondly, knowledge is understood as wisdom, because the wrathful ones of its nature are the kings of all the deities who have the appearance of worldly wrathful ones, so they are called Knowledge Kings, that is, Harm Beauty and others hold the fire-printed mandala in the manner of turning the wheel, protecting it, and doing the work of blocking the intervening demonic obstacles and preventing them. They are the deities of the protective wheel mandala, and the six mudras of those deities are the iron hook and so on, that is its meaning. Then why are the four wrathful ones of the directions not mentioned? That is because they have already been described sequentially in the root tantra, so they are not mentioned here, and the mudras of those deities should also be placed in the four directions, here it is spoken in terms of the protective wheel mandala. The ground etc. of the Bodhisattvas, The mandala of their own mudras. In this tantra, even if the number of Bodhisattvas is said to be as many as the dust particles of the Buddha-fields, among those Bodhisattvas, such as Ksitigarbha and others, their respective mudras should be placed in the mandala. That is, the mirror, the sword, the lute, as well as the container and various cloths. Vajra Holder Gol

Of O rje. The six mudras, the source of Dharma. As it is said, together with the mudras of the consorts, they should be placed. In the east, place the wheel of Earth Essence and the five fires of the Form Vajra Mother. Place Maitreya's Naga Tree with flowers. In the south, place Vajrapani's vajra and the lute of the Sound Vajra Mother. It is said to place the jewel of Akashagarbha and the sword of the Scent Vajra Mother. The sound called "Tikshna" (Sanskrit: तीक्ष्ण, Romanization: tīkṣṇa, Literal meaning: sharp) is the nasal sense. Because the consciousness is sharp in cutting off the object, and the object is also quick to cling to the sense, the sword is called sharp. Place a conch shell filled with fragrance. In the west, place Avalokiteshvara's lotus and the kapala of the Taste Vajra Mother filled with great red blood. Place Manjushri's sword and Manjushri Mother's sword. In the north, place the burning mudra or sword of Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, and in the hand of the Touch Vajra Mother, place a soft garment like Kalindī-ka, marked with vajras at both ends. The vajra is Samantabhadra, born from wisdom, or having the meaning of wisdom, the realm of wisdom, the Dharma nature, or the Dharma realm, like a vajra, the unconditioned nature, the Dharma realm Vajra Mother, whose symbol is the source of Dharma, the A (Sanskrit: ऐ, Romanization: ai, Literal meaning: ai) triangle. Some say that the one called "Vajra Holder Vajra" is that the vajra is the bodhisattvas, and its holder is the vajras. Why is it said so? The bodhisattvas are of the nature of wisdom vajra, and the consorts are of the nature of Dharma nature vajra. Place such mudras. These six meanings are the definite number of purification of the senses and objects, bodhisattvas and consorts. Then, why mention Maitreya and Manjushri, father and mother? The best of purifying hatred is Maitreya, and its object is Maitreya Mother. The best of purifying wisdom is Manjushri, and its object is the nature of purifying compassion, Manjushri Mother. In general, it goes into the number of thirty-six deities of the mandala, but here, with the word "place," in each direction such as the east, place the mudras of the father and mother, two pairs of bodhisattvas and consorts.
