The wisdom of appearance, daytime is the wisdom of increasing appearance, and dusk is the wisdom of approaching appearance, which is the time of dusk. The dusk of the morning is the wisdom of luminosity, and with this order, one should know the order of external Abhisambodhi. By seeing this, inner bliss becomes the attainment of inner Abhisambodhi. Buddhahood is the ground of Samantabhadra, the great Vajradhara, and that very moment should be attained with the moment of luminosity. So, what is the difference between external and internal Abhisambodhi? It is said: One is the order of external mudras, and the second is attained through the order of wisdom mudras. The order of Mahamudra is the nature of the sequence of five signs. Those are: first like a mirage, second like smoke, third like a firefly, fourth burning like a lamp, fifth like a cloudless sky. Thus it is said. From these beginnings and ends, one should know that the great elements are gradually gathered into their own nature, such as earth dissolving into water and so on. First, earth goes into water, water also goes into fire, fire also follows wind, wind enters into consciousness, and consciousness into that very nature of holding. Thus it is said, it is the ultimate meaning. In order to show that difference, the last arising and the first arising, the non-middle arising in the middle, the endless arising at the end, all these emptinesses are spoken by the Supreme. Thus it is said, the Supreme is those with great minds, all emptiness is that luminosity, the fourth truth spoken is the teaching. Thus it teaches, what is that? Whatever is the beginning, middle, and end, is not stained by desire, freedom from desire, and the middle of desire, but because it is pervasive, the nature of the beginning, middle, and end is also that. This is ultimate. Again, in order to particularly show that, wherever one goes, there is no light, no exhaustion and increase, not real and unreal, it is a wonderful form.

Not wonderful, will not stay, will not leave quickly. Thus it is said, the holy ones have thus declared this fourth Suchness, the sound of declaration applies here. What is it like? Where there is no going and coming, there is no entering and leaving, and with the sound of 'ni', there is also no staying. This shows the difference from not reciting the Vajra. Exhaustion means no self-nature, increase means the arising of the mind's luminosity, and those are nowhere to be found. This shows the difference from the sequence of focusing on the mind. Similarly, non-existence means no conventional conceptualization, and existence means like illusion, and those will not become the object of focus. This shows the difference from the sequence of blessing oneself. That wonderful form is because the aggregates of nature, together with habitual tendencies, dissolve, and not wonderful is because it is the nature of peace. Staying and quickly leaving mean birth and death, because those do not exist. 'Will not stay, will not leave quickly' is shown, it is the ultimate of hidden precedence. Furthermore, that which is free from the terms of existence and non-existence, is not the form of merit, is not the form of sin, is not the master of merit and sin, is supreme, that is all emptiness, the Buddhas have declared. Thus it is said, by 'that is all emptiness, the Buddhas have declared' to refute self-creation. What is it like? That which, because all natures do not exist, is free from the term of existence, and because it is the nature of the luminosity of Dharma, it is free from the term of non-existence. Similarly, not the form of merit and sin, because in the luminosity there are no afflictions and distinctions. The three aggregates are not the master of merit and sin, because they are contradictory. Therefore, the supreme is because it is the true limit, it is the ultimate. In order to explain the remainder, the yogi obtains such Suchness. The master of cause and non-cause, the only traveling companion, the nature of wisdom, the lion among men, obtains the indestructible body, is the cause of all beings.
