In order to prostrate, prostrate, pay homage and prostrate. Prostrate, praise, and then prostrate and pay homage. How to praise and prostrate? To whom to praise and by whom to praise? I prostrate to you, the great Vajradhara. This is prostration to the nature of the great Vairocana. The remaining prostrations have shown prostration to the great Vajradhara, the nature of the five Tathagatas. Therefore, it is said, "How to praise and prostrate?" That is, prostration is inseparable from how to praise. In order to explain the inseparable nature, it is said, "To whom to praise and by whom to praise?" That is, for the Dharmakaya without self-nature, the praiser, the object of praise, and the praise are all unobtainable. For example, like giving with the three circles completely pure. That which is inseparable between the object of prostration and the one who prostrates is the supreme prostration. Why prostrate? It is done in order to attain the nature of the Bhagavan. If that is realized by non-discrimination, then there is no need for prostration of body and speech. This meaning is also stated in the Glorious Guhyasamaja: "One should not make stupas, nor should one read scriptures in the same way. One should not make mandalas, nor should one prostrate to the three Vajras." and so on. That is explained in the aspect of the Completion Stage, but all of these are not contradictory to worldly conventions, but are the ultimate meaning. In order to explain that, it is said, "As water into water, as butter into butter, one's own wisdom, whatever is well seen, here is prostration." It means, just as when two streams of water arising from different places merge into one place, then those two streams of water cannot be distinguished in any way. Similarly, if ghee is mixed with buffalo and one's own ghee, there is no thought of difference either. Similarly, here also, if one's wisdom well sees the non-dual Suchness, that is, sees without wisdom, then that is prostration or supreme, as it is declared. Why is self-awareness wisdom itself?

Now, because it is not accomplished, it is said that there is no wisdom. Wisdom is (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञा,Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna,Literal Chinese meaning: wisdom), where (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञा,Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna,Literal Chinese meaning: wisdom) means realization, and (Tibetan: ན་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ना,Sanskrit Romanization: nā,Literal Chinese meaning: no) means negation. That is, the aspect of practicing the four yogas will be obstructed. If it is accomplished by the nature of the Dharmakaya, then what is the need to meditate at that time? However, without obtaining omniscience, that will not become close. Filled with darkness and dimness, light will be obtained through remembrance. It is said like this, although what you say is true, omniscience is the Vajra Acharya, and not obtaining it from him is not obtaining the oral instructions, that will not become close, that is, suchness will not manifest, because its nature is not known. To show an example, it is said darkness and dimness, just as in a room filled with darkness and dimness, by the kindness of the owner of the room, some people holding a lamp can see the vase and cloth and so on that are in that room, similarly, by the kindness of the Lama, the non-obvious suchness will become obvious, but that is not produced by it, so meditation is reasonable. Now, to briefly show the sequence of focusing on the mind, emptiness, extreme emptiness, the third is great emptiness, and the fourth is all emptiness, are the differences of cause and effect. It is said like this, in this state of complete mental isolation, the consciousness that enters into it, as well as the afflicted mind's consciousness, and the distinction of the alaya consciousness, the mind is of three types. Regarding this, through the sequence of mantras and mudras that will be explained below, after knowing the nature, when the first consciousness along with its retinue is purified, then emptiness will manifest as the wisdom of appearance. Similarly, when the second consciousness along with its retinue is purified, then extreme emptiness will manifest as the wisdom of increasing appearance. Similarly, when the third consciousness along with its retinue is purified, then great emptiness will manifest as the wisdom of appearance approaching attainment. When these three are without object, the fourth is all emptiness, that is, the clear light of the mind will manifest. These also
