Meaning of the Text Meaning of the Text First, the order of Vajra recitation. General explanation: Now, in order to enable the listeners to enter, the five aspects, such as the introduction, will be explained. If these are absent, they will not be able to enter, and composing the treatise would become meaningless. Therefore, what is called the 'Fifth Order' is the introduction of the treatise. The Vajra recitation, which is desired to be manifested as the object to be attained, and so on, is what is to be expressed. There is a connection between them, characterized by method and what arises from method. The need is to attain the state of complete silence of speech to non-abiding nirvana. The further need is to make all beings its nature, which is the condensed meaning of the fifth order. First of all, in order to dispel the obstacles to the deity desired by the teacher who composed the treatise, the prostration is composed. Because prostration is the characteristic of remembering the nature of the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara. By the distinction of returning and not returning, it is the virtuous dharma arising from the mind, which is completely encompassed by power and strength. Obstacles are the complete summary of the ten non-virtues, such as various harms. Between virtue and non-virtue, there is contradiction due to the characteristic of non-coexistence. If the side of virtue becomes excellent, then the nature of the side of non-virtue, that is, obstacles, will naturally be pacified, which is the argument of the perceived contradiction. For example, here there is no cold touch, because the characteristic of fire itself exists. This prostration is also of three kinds: concordant, manifesting desire, and possessing both. Among them, concordant is when the author of the treatise does not desire it, but only follows the reason of the treatise. For example, what is in accordance with the Pratimoksha vows is the root verses of the monks, the first of which is the prostration, that is, 'the ground of auspicious perfection' and so on, prostration to the Bhagavan free from attachment. For the teacher Shakya Light, the yidam deity is Manjushri and so on. Manifesting desire is when the author of the treatise manifests his desire, that is, in accordance with the scriptures.

It is not. For example, "Lord of the World, Protector," and so on, is the salutation of the commentary on the Garland of Light. That is the tutelary deity of the author of the treatise, not merely established in name. The one with the nature of both is the treatise and its author, both in accordance. For example, in the Practice of All Good, homage to Manjushri Vajra. That is in accordance with the practice for the sake of practicing Manjushri, and also when composing the treatise, he is the tutelary deity. Here too, it is of the nature of both, because the noble Nagarjuna only practiced the Great Vajradhara, and also from the treatise, he is accomplished. In order to explain him, it is said: Protector, the self-nature of all beings, glorious great bliss, I salute, following the yoga tantra, I will explain the order of vajra recitation. It is said that the order of vajra recitation is to be explained, which means to separately and distinctly reveal the order. How is it done? By saluting the Bhagavan Great Bliss Vajradhara, that is, paying homage with body, speech, and mind. What kind of Bhagavan is it? It is said to be the Protector, that is, the lord of the five Tathagatas. Furthermore, glorious means merit, merit is the two accumulations, whoever has it is glorious. Therefore, it is a collection of the same nature. And what is it like? It is said to be the self-nature of all beings, all beings are the classification of the four types of sentient beings, their self-nature is the Dharma nature, that is as it is. The order of vajra recitation is eleven types, which will be explained below. Following the yoga tantra, here the extension of the word "great" should be seen, therefore it means following the great yoga tantra, that is, the glorious Guhyasamaja. Here, self-creation is prohibited, this is the literal meaning. Similarly, great bliss refers to the state of great bliss, vajra and lotus enter equally, in the center of the mandala, attachment.
