Nato! All sentient beings are due to the fall of the seventy-two thousand roots that are the basis of all worldly beings. The nature of all minds is Bodhicitta, which is the lord of all realms, hence the protector. Being the same as everything, it is auspicious. Because the two aspects are perfectly combined and great bliss is manifested, it is great bliss. To pay homage to that means to know that it is no different from Vajradhara, and the Vajra recitation and so on are as before, and it is also the meaning of secret. All sentient beings are one hundred and sixty natures, such as being free from attachment, and because they also abide in the state of being pervasive, they are the nature of all sentient beings. The protector is free from the three aspects of the moon, the sun, and the rainbow. The auspicious one is adorned with five aspects such as mirages. Great bliss is the non-discriminating wisdom, which is the nature of the true side. To pay homage to that means to follow after its nature. Vajra recitation and so on are as before, which is the ultimate meaning. Likewise, everything is the conventional truth, because it appears as various differences. Sentient beings are the ultimate truth, because it is the suchness of existing things. The two truths, conventional and ultimate, are all sentient beings, that is, the illusory-like wisdom body and luminosity. That purity of purity, whatever its nature is, that is the nature of all sentient beings. The protector means that even for countless eons, the Bodhisattvas who are the masters of the ten bhumis are close to him, and the Sambhogakaya abides with the indestructible permanence. The one who possesses all the excellent aspects and has splendor is called that. Abiding in the palace that is adorned with various Buddha lands of the nature of the extremely beautiful seven jewels, pervading the ten directions, and bestowing the supreme joy by raining down the unparalleled nectar of the Dharma on the flawless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, is great bliss. To pay homage to that means Buddha

Having increased, then remembering, focusing on the accumulation of its virtues, and without being mistaken, contemplating its nature. The order of Vajra recitation will be explained. Like the previous ones, this is also the ultimate meaning. What is called a Yoga Tantra? It is the equal integration of skillful means and wisdom, which is called Yoga. What is without self-nature is wisdom. Skillful means are the characteristics of things. Because it is said that the nature of wisdom and skillful means is emptiness and compassion, and the Vajra and Lotus, which are closely represented by these, are shown separately and inseparably in which tantra, that is the Yoga Tantra, such as the glorious Guhyasamaja. If so, how can the names of Yoga Tantras be applied to texts such as the Compendium of Reality? It is said: It is named according to the difference in meaning. Why? Because it reveals the name of Yoga in emptiness. As it is said: Only integrating equally into wisdom is called Yoga. Therefore, even if the words are similar, this tantra is a special Yoga Tantra, just as the sound कौशिका (kauśika) is spoken of Indra and inauspicious birds. If asked, what is a Tantra? The answer is: Continuity is the Tantra. From the Great Vajradhara, that which is well entered through the door of the oral instructions separated by the Tantra is the Tantra. It also has three aspects: the Tantra of the cause, the Tantra of the result, and the Tantra of the skillful means. Among them, the Tantra of the cause is the Dharmadhatu, which has no beginning and no end. The Tantra of the result is the manifestation of the mandala of the Great Vajradhara. The Tantra of the skillful means is the limbs of the two stages. As it is said: Tantra is said to be continuity, and that continuity also has three aspects: four, and likewise nature, and the uncompounded result. Therefore, the Tantra that is mainly Yoga is the Yoga Tantra, the intermediate word becomes external, and it is the same basis. Thus, after showing the meaning of the complete five stages with the first words, in order to explain the order based on those stages that the yogi should practice, well abiding in the generation stage,

For those who desire the stages of completion, this method is taught by the complete Buddha, like the stages of sound. Thus it is said, this which acts up to the fifth stage is the means, this special means for accomplishing the fruit is spoken by the Sage Buddha. To whom? To those who desire the stages of completion. That which is said, the stages of completion which are naturally accomplished, the stages of completion and vajra recitation and so forth, desiring those is desiring the stages of completion, desiring the unsurpassed suchness. For the sake of those, that which is said is the remainder of speech. Is it spoken to yogis who have not meditated on the generation stage, and whose bodies, which have become the cause of the distinctions of the hundred families, have not attained various isolations? If asked, it is for the sake of saying that it is not so. Well abiding in the generation stage. Thus it is said, the generation stage is the stage of the moon and the vajra and so forth, for the purpose of abandoning the body of the last fall, the complete body of the deity such as Vajradhara and so forth. That is also of three kinds, the first is union, and the supreme mandala king, and the supreme action king. Among these, the first union is of four kinds, yoga and subsequent yoga, very yoga and great yoga. Among these, yoga is of ten kinds, abiding in a special place, dispelling obstacles, meditating on emptiness, blessing with wisdom, meditating on the palace, the mandala of special devotion, the mandala of ultimate truth, the distinction of seats, the purification of the intermediate state, and meditating on the suchness of the sphere of reality. Subsequent yoga is of two kinds, the distinction between the samaya being and the wisdom being. Very yoga is of three kinds, the distinction of blessing the aggregates, elements, and sources. Great yoga is of three kinds, the distinction of blessing body, speech, and mind. In summary, the distinctions of the first union are eighteen. The distinctions of the supreme mandala king are eight, the distinction of mudras, the collection of mudras, the equal entry of vajra and lotus, the Tathagata
