Is knowing. It is said, whatever appears is the appearance of consciousness, because it does not deviate from appearance. Appearance is the body of consciousness, therefore these are its appearances. The appearance of external and internal forms, the apprehended and the apprehender, separately, is mistaken like a dream, which is the tenet of those who assert consciousness with aspects. Since the aspects are false, their separate appearance is also without cause. The aspectless consciousness, like pure crystal, is the tenet of those who assert consciousness. By making them one, the conduct of any yogi, by that, dual union is known, because both are not different in essence. Because the essence cannot be reversed, these beginningless views and behaviors arise because they are not fully understood. The nature of things is only non-duality, and it is ultimate as before. In order to explain the tenets of the Hearers and the Sutra-based Madhyamikas: The apprehended and the apprehender, Two minds are not present, Where there is non-discriminating mind, That is said to be dual union. It is said that external objects, which are not material and arise from the collection of causes that closely and jointly act, are established by valid cognition, therefore they exist as the apprehended form. Similarly, the internal eye and so on, as before, are established as the form of the apprehender, therefore they exist, which is the tenet of the Vaibhashikas. The Sutra-based Madhyamikas believe that the twelve sense bases arising from cause and condition exist separately as the apprehended and the apprehender, but they are without inherent existence. If these two tenets cannot be grasped by the two minds, and undifferentiated wisdom arises, that is dual union, which is ultimate as before. In order to explain the tenets of the Yoga-based Madhyamikas: If the minds of permanence and annihilation are abandoned, The well-abiding one, this dual union, Knowing that in stages is the wise one. It is said that only consciousness appears as the aspect of the object, here external

Because it is not established by valid cognition, therefore it is not existent. However, the nature of consciousness is also without inherent existence. The Yogachara-Madhyamikas, because they refute external objects, have the extreme of annihilation for those, and because they assert the nature of consciousness as without inherent existence, the extreme of permanence will arise. Therefore, having abandoned the two minds of permanence and annihilation, how does one know the suchness that is inseparable from that? The wise are those who know the path of non-learning, as it is taught. Only the complete knowledge of consciousness and nature, etc., is liberation. In order to explain one's own tenets: When wisdom and compassion become one, knowing where one will enter, it is said to be union, this order is the realm of the Buddhas. It is said. Some Shravakas, because they are particularly devoted, in the place of practice, hold compassion focused on sentient beings and desire enlightenment, because they do not have wisdom, they give rise to the extreme of annihilation. Wherever one knows those to be inseparable and then engages in benefiting beings, that is the realm of the Buddhas, the realm of the Land of All-Illuminating Light, which is said to be the order of union, and is ultimate as before. In order to explain the aspect of the yogi of the Completion Stage: When skillful means and wisdom are equally entered, one who knows from gathering all, wherever the great yogi abides, that will become union. It is said. The sequence of mudras focused on the mind and the four stages are the equal entering of skillful means and wisdom, by which all refers to knowing the luminosity of the mind and the naturally occurring luminosity. In the third stage, one also knows the conventional truth of illusory skillful means. Although that exists, it falls into two extremes. Gathering those through the door of ultimate truth and completely knowing them as inseparable, whatever that is, is said to be union, it is ultimate only. In order to explain the aspect of the Shravakas again: Wherever there is remainder and, likewise, there is no remainder, such absence of conceptualization, that is union. It is said. Wherever there is no conceptualization of the two nirvanas called with remainder and without remainder, that is union.
