In order to explain how it exists, the wisdom of mere self-awareness is like the sky, without characteristics. However, it has distinctions, through night, day, and boundaries, etc. Thus it is said, here, it is not from itself, not from others. Through reasoning such as this, if the three realms are analyzed, they are merely emptiness. However, in the Yogachara-Madhyamaka perspective, the wisdom of mere self-awareness appears as internal and external forms. Then, what is the difference from those who speak of consciousness with aspects? The answer is, like the sky, it has no characteristics. Thus it is said, that wisdom also has no characteristics, that is, arising, etc., occur. Being separate from that, that is, being separate from arising and ceasing, etc., is the tenet of the Madhyamikas. This is like not being self-awareness, because the form of self-awareness is not established, it is an inexpressible state. However, it has distinctions. Thus it is said, etc., in conventional truth, the distinctions of night, etc., are to indicate its distinctions. For example, like the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya appearing separately. In order to explain those distinctions, appearance and the arising of appearance, as well as the similarly obtained appearance, the mind is explained as three types, and then its establishment will be discussed. Thus it is said, in the worldly expression, the consciousness, etc., that enters is explained as appearance, etc. If the nature is realized, then those themselves are

Furthermore, objects refer to forms and so on, which are the objects of focus. At that time, appearances arise. In order to explain the arising of things in the mind, it is said in the scriptures: "When one is united with appearance, the wind becomes the mount, at that time all natures, enter without remainder." This means that appearance is the manifestation of the three consciousnesses, and when the wind that is united with it becomes the mount, that is, when it becomes its nature and is no different from it, then, due to the wind's propulsion, by the power of focusing on the objects that are determined separately, all natures, that is, mental factors, enter into consciousness, which is to produce. What are those natures like? "Without remainder," without remainder refers to arising from the three consciousnesses, and without entering refers to those things that arise differently. If mental factors arise differently, nevertheless, they are still experienced without remainder from the perspective of the main and the qualities. For example, when the nature of desire arises, the nature of ignorance will appear in the form of a part, because being united with desire is ignorance. Similarly, others should also be inferred in this way. In order to explain from where what kind of nature arises, it is said in the scriptures: "Where the wind dwells, there that nature arises, if the wind does not move, the appearance also does not move." This means that where and where refers to the wind dwelling in the left, right, and central channels, etc., and that nature and that nature refers to wisdom and means, which are the nature of the proximate cause arising, which is to arise. Therefore, "If the wind does not move, then the appearance also does not move." This means that the appearance of nature is not unmoving, but unstable. Here, the negative particle, like the eye of a crow, should be combined with both verses to understand. In order to explain the nature of appearances, it is said in the scriptures: "Two appearances are the cause, distinguish the objects of the self, how to obtain appearance, become a branch of both." This means that from the order of mantra and mudra, whichever one
