In order to establish, it is derived from the Two-in-One Equal Victory Tantra, namely: After reciting the Unequaled Mantra, it is accomplished by the nature of accomplishment. In one month, the three realms will undoubtedly be accomplished. In this sentence, the Unequaled Mantra refers to reciting three letters, running day and night like a wheel. After knowing this, the nature of accomplishment refers to the yogi accomplishing it through the recitation of the luminous nature of the hermaphrodite. In order to show its benefits and merits, it is said, "In one month," etc. One month is thirty days. The three realms refer to the collection of karmas with sentient beings of the three realms as their object, which can be accomplished without effort. In order to explain the number of recitations, it is said: The mantra born from consciousness, after reciting six hundred thousand times, after paying homage to Vajrasattva, it will be accomplished on the full moon day. Here, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths a day, and one million eight hundred thousand breaths in five days. In order to avoid the dispute of more or less times, one million times including eight thousand is explained only by one million times. One month of that number is six hundred thousand times, that is, from Vairochana to Vajradhara, six hundred thousand times are shown. Thus, reciting "the mantra born from consciousness" for one month refers to reciting the mantra born from the consciousness attached to the wind, and "accomplishment on the full moon day" refers to the ultimate accomplishment of Vajra recitation. When will it be accomplished? "After paying homage to Vajrasattva" refers to visualizing the sixth Chakravartin with the mind, which shows that this is the recitation of the sixth Chakravartin. In order to explain that for a yogi who is attached to Vajra recitation, austerity and so on are needed, it is said: There is no saying of austerity in it, no rosary is needed, no prohibition is needed, and activities such as holding and fire offerings will turn from one to another. Austerity refers to the merits that the yogi does not need to practice, because enjoying the five sensual pleasures is contrary to it. The rosary refers to the mantra.

For reciting the earth deity mantra, it is not necessary to hold a rosary, because the naturally flowing breath and diligence itself are the rosary. The so-called "no need to obstruct" means obstructing the viewing of the tip of the nose and so on, and it is not necessary to bind the lotus position, etc., because when the four wheels appear, the mind must be obstructed on the bindu of light. The so-called "grasping" means that it is not necessary to focus the mind on images and lunar mandalas, etc., because one must constantly abide in the indestructible Suchness. There is also no need to perform fire offerings, because the fire of Vajra recitation burns the conceptual thoughts of the four forms of speech like firewood. Similarly, offerings, tormas, consecrations, and other things do not need to be done, because through the inner sequence of mind, all these can be accomplished. In order to explain how to practice peaceful and other activities, it is said: With the meaning of the Ya syllable, anything is possible. Those who desire accomplishment, the things to do are: With the three syllables Ra, etc., enter into the affairs of benefiting beings. Here it is said that the wind wheel represented by the letter "Ya" is the letter "Ya", and the activity accomplished by it is the meaning of Ya, which is the fierce activity. Accomplishment is its own accomplishment, therefore, the yogi who desires accomplishment can do anything, that is, he can do any fierce activity. Similarly, the three wheels of fire, etc., represented by the three syllables Ra, etc., should enter into the affairs of pacifying and other benefits to beings. To explain this, it is said: Fire and wind and great freedom, and water, etc., in their respective wheels, in the half-day and half-night time divisions, two by two the activities will abide. Here it is said that from the four wheels of fire, etc., when the red and other rays of light arising from the right and other doors appear, in the half-day and half-night time divisions, two by two the activities, that is, the four activities will abide, that is, they will be accomplished. Now, in order to show through metaphor that liberation can be obtained through Vajra recitation, it is said: Diligent in offering, one will become worthy of offerings; Diligent in recitation, one will obtain purification; Diligent in fire offerings, one will obtain wealth; Diligent in meditation, one will obtain liberation.

Attainment. It is said that if a person diligent in offering is attached to the offerings to the gurus, solitary realizers, and bodhisattvas, then in this very life, they will become worthy of offerings. Just as one diligent in recitation, if attached to verbal recitation, becomes purified by the exhaustion of sins, and just as one diligent in fire offerings, from the mouth of the fire of samaya, heaps up the fire of wisdom, then that person obtains wealth. Similarly, by diligence in meditation, one attains liberation. This means that the yogi diligent in vajra recitation attains the liberation characterized by non-abiding nirvana. In order to show that all siddhis are attained solely from non-conceptualization, it is said that if a mantra practitioner understands this, they should act like a child when walking. Then, one with the nature of impermanence will accomplish all mantras. It is said that understanding this means that having understood the verbal elaborations of the nature of Āli and Kāli through the reasoning explained earlier, acting like a child among beings means abiding free from verbal discriminations such as praise and blame. Because the nature of clear light is without any praise or blame, if a yogi acts in this way, they will not be attached to anything. 'Then' means from the cause of the nature of non-conceptualization. Mantras are emanations and so forth, and their accomplishment means becoming capable in their respective actions. Those with conceptualization do not accomplish these because they do not know the reality of mantras. In order to explain the approximation, it is the practice of speech vajra, which clarifies the reality of mantras. Through the distinction of the three wisdoms, it must be combined with mind-only. This is said in order to protect the mind or to speak more clearly. There are two aspects of mantra, namely the difference between cause and effect. Among these, the cause is the life-force wind, and the effect is the mantra. Their reality is the reality of mantra. Whatever the reality of wind and mantra is, the secret is according to the root tantra, the subsequent tantra, and the explanatory tantra.
