Because it is not, therefore it is the first. Since all letters enter into A (ཨ), therefore it itself is one. The so-called "nine central" means that the letter A (ཨ) resides in the center of the nine groups of vowels. For example, a (ཨ), e (ཨེ), o (ཨོ), ṛ (རྀ), ḷ (ལྀ), i (ཨི), u (ཨུ), aṃ (ཨཾ), these eight short sounds are one group. Similarly, ā (ཨཱ), ai (ཨཻ), au (ཨཽ), ṝ (རཱྀ), ḹ (ལཱྀ), ī (ཨཱི), ū (ཨཱུ), āḥ (ཨཱཿ), these eight long sounds are the second group. From ka (ཀ) to ma (མ) are five groups. The letters that dwell at the end and the letters of heat are two groups. It dwells in the center of all these nine groups, and if it does not exist, because there is no life, it cannot be expressed. The so-called "not bound by ten" means that these nine and the self-nature, these ten, will not be bound by the discursive thoughts of language. Or, because the self-nature is pure, and various discursive thoughts are sudden, it will not be bound. Whoever understands the truth of such a luminous vowel, that is, the letter A (ཨ), or transcends it, he understands the supreme place, that is, the indestructible and immutable, which is the ultimate meaning. In order to explain it in detail, (the sutra) says: "Vowels and consonants, are nine followers, A (ཨ) binds and combines each other, whoever understands it, he is the wisdom of beings." Vowels are sixteen, and consonants are from ka (ཀ) to ha (ཧ). The letters are ya (ཡ), ra (ར), la (ལ), va (ཝ), which are the four neuter letters. "Are nine followers", just like the order mentioned before. They are bound by A (ཨ), that is, the letter A (ཨ) binds, whoever understands its self-nature, he becomes the teacher of beings. Now, in order to explain how to collect mantras, (the sutra) says: "Completely endowed with the edge of arising, parts and so on dwell sixteen, the fifth is completely endowed with the fifth, four are definitely combined with three, with the letter Ā (ཨཱ) together long sound, merit combination is equal to later, without omitting short sounds it becomes language, it is neither one nor many." This is using the two Vajra Sutras to explain how to collect mantras, and how to briefly summarize it. Among them, the edge of arising is the letter ha (ཧ). Parts and so on refer to the letter a (ཨ). The sixteenth is a (ཨ) with a tseg and drag. If the two are combined, it is the long vowel letter ā (ཨཱ).

also transforms. Fifth, perfectly corresponds to the fifth. The fifth of the fifth section, called the fifth, is the twenty-fifth, which is the letter "མ". It itself transforms into the vowel that follows, and is connected with the ending letter "ཧ" that appears. Four must be connected with three. Called four and three added together, it becomes twelve letters. The "དང་" and "ལ་" that are connected with them exist, that is the thirteenth, which is the letter "ཨོ". Also the letter "ཨཾཿ" etc., meaning to be connected with bindu. Called connected with a long sound, meaning the ending that appears in meaning, the long sound is connected with the letter "ཨཱུ་". In short, it is "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Roman transliteration oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning Om Ah Hum). It is collecting mantras. In order to explain how to approach and collect, it is said that merit is combined, etc. Merit is courage, dust, and darkness, these three are only three letters. Combining them is association, the same as later. Its order is like this: here, whichever is the three letters, each of them has three letters. For all of these, the indestructible letter pervades and abides. First, the three of prostration are "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration a, Chinese literal meaning A), "ཨུ་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit उ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration u, Chinese literal meaning U) and "མ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit म, Sanskrit Roman transliteration ma, Chinese literal meaning Ma). The three of speech empowerment are "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration a, Chinese literal meaning A), "ཨཱ་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit आ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration ā, Chinese literal meaning Ah) and the long sound symbol. The three of cloud sound are the head, the lifeless "ཧ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration ha, Chinese literal meaning Ha) and the foot-born. Then, "ཨོ་" and the vowel that follows dissolve into the seed of speech empowerment, and the two bindus of speech empowerment dissolve into the bindu of mind empowerment. The foot-born dissolves into "ཧ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration ha, Chinese literal meaning Ha), and "ཧ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration ha, Chinese literal meaning Ha) also dissolves into bindu, and bindu also dissolves into the head, so the head is only the letter "ཨ". In this way, four letters "ཨ" remain. Among them, the "ཨ" of body dissolves into the "ཨ" of speech, the "ཨ" of speech dissolves into the "ཨ" of its own long sound symbol, and it also dissolves into the "ཨ" of mind. In order to explain it, it is said: not leaving short but transforming into speech, neither one nor many. It means that whatever indestructible letter remains, all of it transforms into speech, meaning that through the differences of letters, words, and speech, etc., it transforms into the form of all manifestations of speech. In order to approach and collect everything, it is not many, and in order for all speech to arise from it, it is not one, saying
