The term "all Tathagatas" and so forth, because it is the nature of body, speech, and mind, it is secret and should be concealed. The term "universally urging the heart essence of all mantras" means moving the mind. The term "has spoken" means possessing what has been spoken. If asked from where it arises, it is said "from one's own body" and so forth. The term "by definitely speaking the path of words" means possessing speaking in language. The term "recitation that realizes the meaning" means possessing entering, abiding, and realizing the meaning. The term "without self-nature" means showing as two forms. Therefore, it is thought to be good, that is, beautiful.

Because of wanting and liking, "wanting" refers to form, etc. The term "born" refers to the enjoyment that has appeared as form, and these have been explained. "The said suchness," etc., the so-called reiteration, refers to following up after a question. Because of knowing the ultimate, it is the capable one. "Having various forms," etc., the so-called "born" refers to having appeared as form. How is it? The so-called "completely famous," therefore these remaining things, their nature itself is without substance. Because this cannot experience bodhicitta, desire is prohibited. Therefore, "The Excellent Recollector," etc., was spoken. The so-called "equal to space" refers to the nature of space. Therefore, "Is the one who benefits beings" was spoken, referring to the time of rising. The so-called "that" refers to the method of obtaining that bodhicitta. The so-called "supreme" refers to persons like jewels, etc. The so-called "merely the method of practice" refers to merely the deity yoga. The so-called "explaining the tantras" refers to having clarified. The so-called "embodied one" refers to the mantra vehicle. The so-called "chief" refers to Vajradhara. The so-called "these words of mine," etc., the so-called "destroying" refers to completely abandoning. The so-called "bewildered" refers to not understanding. The so-called "intention" refers to what is indicated by intention. The so-called "bodhicitta" refers to non-dual wisdom. The so-called "actual meaning" refers to the oral instruction itself.
