Its nature is the very absence of things. Therefore, one cannot experience the mind of enlightenment, hence desire is forbidden. Therefore, it is said, "Experiencing well afterwards," and so on. "Equal to space" means the very nature of space. Therefore, it is said, "The benefit of beings is the doer." That is, at the time of rising. "That" means the method of obtaining that mind of enlightenment. "Supreme" means a person like a precious jewel, and so on. "Merely the method of practice" means merely the yoga of the deity. "Explaining the tantras" means clarifying. "Embodied" means the mantra vehicle. "Lord" means by Vajradhara. In "These words of mine," and so on, "destroying" means completely abandoning. "Bewildered" means not knowing. "Intent" means shown by intent. "Mind of enlightenment" means non-dual wisdom. "Meaning as it is" means by the oral instructions themselves. In "Then," and so on, "this" means the words previously indicated. Because all afflictions have been destroyed, it is Bhagavan. The lord is Vajradhara. Because it has the one who illuminates with various kinds of rays, it is Vairochana. "This" means what will be explained. "Completely separated" means by the distinction of the three letters. "Non-conceptual meaning" means the mind of enlightenment. "Thatness" means the thatness of conventional truth and ultimate truth. In what is said by "Saying thatness," and so on, "common" means the common form of all beings. What is the common form? It is the form of the three letters. Thatness is said to be the thatness of the common mantra. Whatever is the nature of suchness, that is the ultimate truth form said to be the object of focus. Thatness is what shows "the first one," and so on. "One" means the letter A with an indestructible form. The word "etc." means taking the second. "Nine center" means the nine letters Ya, and so on. "Center" means the letter Ha, which has become the main letter.

Some say "the first of the ninth," where "ninth" is ཀྵ and "first" is ཧ. "By ten" means by the vowel letters other than those. "Uncombined" means not perfectly related to those. The thought is that all vowel letters are combined with ཨ, and because it is not combined with it, it is "uncombined." If one asks, "What is the merit of this 'uncombined'?" Knowing it is "the supreme place," etc. "Who knows?" etc., are also used in this way. "Vowel" refers to the fourteen, starting with ཨ. "Consonant" is thirty-four. "Letter" is the form of those combined. "Following nine numbers" refers to the vowel letters, which is one group. The combining letters are one, so there are nine in total. "Combined with ཨ" means that the letters are completely combined with ཨ, that is, they are distinguished separately. If one asks, "How is it known?" the answer is, "They combine perfectly with each other." Because if the letters were not combined with ཨ, all the letters would become one, and therefore would not become the nature to be expressed. If one asks, "Who knows this?" the answer is, "Who knows?" etc. In "the edge of arising," etc., the word "arising" is a word that indicates close to the number four. Therefore, the last of the four is the fifth and sixth, which are the letters ཨུ་ and ཨཱུ་, which are short and long sounds. Those that correspond perfectly are ཨ and ཧ. "Sixteen, such as ཆ" refers to ཨ, with the meaning of the third being the seventh. "Place" refers to the letter ཨ, which is located in the middle, and corresponds perfectly with it. "The fifth of the fifth" refers to མ without a vowel letter. "Four" refers to there being four each separately. "Definitely combine into three" refers to making the letters into three. If one asks, "How is it done?" the answer is, "Combine with Om," etc., and it should be done as appropriate. First, combine Om in the place of ཨ, and adding a short sound there is a merit. The མཱ of the mandala is a long sound. From the combination of ཨུ་ and ཧ, there is also a connection there. The others are the same as before. "No short sound is left" refers to the first vowel letter ཨ.
