That which increases is the vajra. By accomplishing the contemplation of actions such as pacifying, it is said that all contemplation is completely fulfilled. Because it truly arises from clear light, it arises from the nature of purity. That is to say, homage to you, O Vajrasattva! Then, the wheel is praised by the Buddhas. And so on, by prostrating with the nature of the five Tathagatas, the wheel of the goddess radiates afterwards, and attachment arises afterwards, which is called explaining the secret meaning, which is for the mandala practitioner. That which is called 'exactly supreme' is because everything is the nature of clear light. 'Place the wheel of your own body.' And so on, entering the mandala of the body as before. That which is called 'great truth' is Vajradhara. Thus, and so on, that which is called 'without four yogas' is yoga, very yoga, and great yoga, which is well trained. That which is called 'the essence of Hūṃ' is to contemplate the letter Hūṃ in the heart. That which is called 'Vajrasattva arising from that' is the form of Vajrasattva arising from that which has been completely transformed. That which is called 'with that mind' is to generate the mind of Vajrasattva in beings. When the mantra practitioner meditates, and so on, the time of focusing is the time of continuous practice. That which is called 'the body will become dry' is after the body has become completely dry. The samadhi that is called 'union'. That which is called 'satisfying' is that which increases. That which is called 'about a cubit high' and so on, that which is called 'the lotus posture should be examined', is that the mandala of the moon arising from A should be examined, that is, meditated upon. 'Oṃ should be examined there.' That is to say, one should meditate that from the white letter Oṃ, in its center, facing downwards, a stream of five nectars as cool as snow flows, gradually satisfying my body. 'By that vajra union.' And so on, the vajra union is the samadhi of the Buddhas. That which is called 'radiant' is that which is endowed with strength and color, and is free from hunger and thirst.

This is to familiarize oneself for a moment. Furthermore, when one becomes accustomed to it as a daily practice, one will become long-lived, without wrinkles or white hair. Therefore, body, speech, and mind are the masters of happiness. This is what is taught by such things. Such things as these show other ways in which the mantra practitioner should become familiar. Purify and likewise realize. This is to combine the food, heart, throat, etc., in order. Likewise, it is the order that has been explained. To show that, one speaks of "well purified by Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ)" etc. Visualize a white vajra arising from the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and below it, a lotus vessel from the letter A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). There, visualize the substances as blessed by the letter Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ). Below the vessel are the mandalas of wind and fire. First, purify the substances with the minute particles of the vajra arising from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The letter A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) is on top of the skull arising from the complete transformation of A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Realization is to realize one's own mind with one's own mind. Afterwards, pressing down with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ), ignite the fire with the wind that is situated below. This is what will be taught: those substances melt in the skull, appear white, and with rays of light, draw the supreme nectar from the hearts of all the Tathāgatas, pour it in there, and bless it seven times with the three letters. This is the purification of food, and it is like that. To purify the throat, first visualize the chief space of the throat. The chief of the throat is Amitābha. Space is to visualize in the direction of space. First is at the very beginning. Visualize an eight-petaled lotus arising from Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) in the center of the throat, and place Amitābha there. The sound of clouds, etc., on the various lotuses and sun mandalas in the heart, meditate on the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), which is the sound of clouds. There, the food is what has been purified before. Wind is to block the breath, fire
