是那样的，阿（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）是所有字母中最殊胜的，是意义重大的神圣字母。从它那里生起，没有出生。已舍弃用语言表达，如是所说。它本身以短音五的自性，是五蕴和五种识的自性。它本身除了四种非男非女之外，以十二种内外境和感官的自性，是十二处的自性。以十六元音的自性，是月亮的十六分相的自性，以及日期数的自性。它本身变成两倍，是大丈夫的三十二相的自性。以字母阿的分类，是十八界的自性，即：短音增长，元音与三结合，以及从鼻音后生的分类，从数量上是十八的自性。分类是：短音、长音、在哪里产生、抬高、降低、带元音、带鼻音后生和不带鼻音后生。同样，它本身是清晰的自性，是方便的自性。与随附的元音和不与三个结尾相关的那些不出现的事物相结合，从方便和智慧的自性变成四十二倍，字母阿本身就是八十种随好。因为如果没有它，所有字母都不能发音，就像没有意识的身体一样，不会做任何事情，因此，母音是从阿产生的，它通过女性、男性和非男非女的区分，变成了三种字母的自性，通过使人快乐、使人充满和花瓶般的区别，以白天和夜晚运行两万一千六百次呼吸的区别，遍布于所有众生的界中而存在。它本身从寂静等分类中，以不坏的字母存在，并成就事业的集合。它本身依靠声音的十种分类，产生各种各样的咒轮。大瑜伽续吉祥金刚顶续中说：字母、元音和声音

It is so. A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) is the most supreme of all letters, it is a sacred letter of great significance. It arises from it, there is no birth. It has abandoned expression in words, as it is said. It itself, from the classification of peace and so on, exists as an indestructible letter and accomplishes the collection of actions. It itself relies on the ten classifications of sound to generate various kinds of mantra wheels. In the Great Yoga Tantra, the Glorious Vajra Peak Tantra says: letters, vowels, and sounds.
