These are pacifying, increasing, controlling, attracting, and all activities, thus it explains the nature, time, and action. The wind called "life" itself transforms into ten kinds, namely the five kinds mentioned earlier, and the other five called the moving wind, the pervasive wind, the correct moving wind, the extreme moving wind, and the definite moving wind, which arise due to the difference of the senses. Among them, the wind called "moving wind" relies on the eye sense and perfectly completes the action of form. The pervasive wind relies on the ear sense and completes the action of sound. The correct moving wind relies on the nose sense and completes the action of smell. The extreme moving wind relies on the tongue sense and completes the action of taste. The wind called "definite moving wind" relies on the body sense and completes the action of touch. Moreover, all of these act on the eyes, ears, and mind, and rely on the collection of phenomena such as form, thereby generating consciousnesses such as eye consciousness. Thus, only one wind transforms into five and ten, thereby stimulating consciousness, therefore, from the rotation of the place of dancing, it takes away various decorations, and makes the dancers who dwell in samsara begin to dance. Except for the pure land, with the decoration of various activities, there is no place of dancing without dancing. This is the meaning of what is said. Thus, after showing the support of Vajra recitation, now in order to show the order, the suchness of the wind gradually enters the suchness of the mantra, and after understanding the completion of the mantra, learn the Vajra recitation. The meaning of what is said is: what is the suchness of the five winds and the near five winds, that is the ultimate truth. In its order, that is, the mantra of order, the suchness of those with the nature of three letters born from A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) li and Ka (藏文:ཀ,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:嘎) li, correctly enters that suchness. Then, the completion of the mantras that are one in the nature of three letters is the nature of complete perfection. After understanding that, making it manifest, the yogis learn the Vajra recitation, that is, the eleven mentioned in the tantras, this is the meaning of learning well. The thought here is this.

Therefore, for the time being, the winds transform into the nature of aggregates, elements, and sense bases, appearing distinctly as the two realms of sentient beings and the environment. They become the basis of the alaya-vijñana, which is gathered by the eight consciousnesses, and thus generate the wheel of samsara. Therefore, as long as those are not subdued, the mind will not enter into one-pointedness, and that one-pointedness is only obtained through the power of meditating on Suchness. As it is said: "The great hero's collection of teachings, of eighty-four thousand, whoever does not know that, all of that is without fruit." As it is said. Likewise, the author of the treatise also said: "Seeing non-duality, one will be liberated." Thus it is also said. That Suchness is the yoga of the bindu the size of a small mustard seed. Likewise, again, for the time being, all actions that are of the nature of actions such as going and coming, those winds that cause them to enter, arise from the power of effort. If effort is analyzed in detail, it arises from the desire for the meaning of the nature of constant effort. That is also the nature of the difference of actions that are in accordance with the mind, so it arises from consciousness. Thus, from the tantra, because of the connection, wind and consciousness are one, because it is the vehicle of that. If consciousness is analyzed in terms of ultimate truth, it is the nature of bodhicitta. Likewise, again, by entering into equipoise with skillful means and wisdom, all the senses, objects, and consciousness become the bodhicitta of one taste, and are experienced in the nature of conventional and ultimate truth. Among them, the basis of the conventional is the Suchness of the conventional, and the ultimate is the Suchness of the ultimate. Because the basis and what depends on it are not different, whatever is the Suchness of consciousness is the Suchness of wind. If asked from what does it arise, if it is said that it arises from karma, it is not permissible, because that and arising are not separate, and the habitual tendencies of karma reside in the mind. If it is said that it arises from wind, from what does wind arise? It arises from effort, from what does effort arise? If it is said that it arises from desire, have you not acknowledged that path? As it is said. Therefore, that of the form of the bindu.

The order of suchness of wind is that, by differentiating between lineages and afflictions, it establishes itself in a special place, with the meditation that precedes it, namely those places: the face, the heart, and the secret place, the three. Some say that the middle of the eyebrows and the middle of the navel are also included. By this order, having understood the suchness of wind, one can enter well into the suchness of mantra. And how is that? It is said that all mantras are produced by Āli and Kāli, with the distinction of vowels and consonants, there are forty-nine root letters. These, relying on the nature of the eight groups, through the order of letters and words, etc., generate eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, as well as the fourteen places of the external order, and the five sciences of one's own system. Thus it is said: "Learning, thinking, and grammar, and knowing the place of etymology and astrology, composition and collection are the sixth branch, these are considered the six branches of the Vedas." Praise, offering, and poetry, likewise, politics and protection are the fourth, in all the places of knowledge, it is said to be the four Vedas. That which analyzes the realm of the Vedas, possessing that nature is practice, the treatise on knowledge is thinking, and that is from the order of the six teachers, the Samkhya, the worthy of offering, the knowledge, the Lokayata, the Sugata, likewise, the one who analyzes, these are declared as the four branches. The past stories are the ones that show, possessing that characteristic is the past, for the sake of being free from worldly desire, the teaching is the Dharma treatise. These are the fourteen places of knowledge, as well as the branches and the four Vedas, thinking, wisdom, growth, etc., the treatises of the past Dharma, these are the fourteen places of knowledge. Thus it is said. According to the order of one's own system, there are five, namely grammar, logic, medicine, inner science, and the science of crafts. The distinctions of these have been spoken by the noble Maitreya, so I will not elaborate on them here. Thus, the root letters are the cause of transforming into the nature of all instructions, and that is born from the letter A.
