It is able to cut off samsara, and if it is a teacher, it becomes supreme, all the gods and humans, repeatedly prostrate and make offerings. Thus it is said, the yogi is able to cut off existence, that is, to cut off the fear of samsara, and because he acts as a teacher for the worlds, he is a teacher, and among those who go, he is superior to the yogis such as the Shravakas, that is, he is the most excellent, and likewise, all the gods and humans, that is, Indra and others, having made their bodies invisible, repeatedly prostrate and bow down and make offerings, this is the characteristic of the accomplishment of the Great Seal, just as it is in the words. Similarly, just as the teacher, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, goes to benefit the world, so does the great yogi, for the sake of generating his own wisdom. Just as the teacher, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, the Bhagavan, wishes to benefit the world of sentient beings dwelling in the three realms, that is, he goes and wanders to do beneficial things in this world and the world beyond. Likewise, that is just as it is. The great yogi, this is the Great Seal, since he is both an accomplished one and a yogi, therefore the great yogi will be able to benefit the world. Why? Because self, that is, the nature of the order of self-blessing, that is, the nature of wisdom that transcends the world, is excellent, that is, because non-discrimination arises, just like the Tathagata, he will be able to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings, just as it is in the words. Being the lord of all, there is nothing that does not need to be accomplished in the slightest. If one focuses on Vajrasattva, then all the Great Bliss Mudras, will be accomplished by themselves. Thus it is said, the yogi who has attained the other shore of the order of self-blessing, then there is nothing that does not need to be accomplished, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished in the slightest, all of that is only what can be accomplished. Why? Because he focuses on Vajrasattva, that is, he focuses on all things with the samadhi like an illusion, therefore he does not need to make effort, that is the cause of great bliss, therefore in all the Great Bliss Mudras

and the mudras of goddesses and non-goddesses, such as hand seals, and oneself, that is, accomplished by one's own will, and becoming empowered, is the meaning of righteousness. Or, all the mudras such as desire, becoming the great bliss of co-emergent nature, these will be accomplished by oneself, and should be known by the measure of self-awareness, this is the definitive meaning. In the Root Tantra it is also said: As many as the fine dust of the thirty-six Sumerus, as many as the women who have transformed into abodes of virtue, that many are its transformations. And so on. Conclusion: Afflictions, karmic paths, body, agent and fruit, are like mirages and dreams, and are similar to Gandharva cities. It is said that afflictions are the six such as desire, and the twenty near afflictions. The karmic path is the killing and so on done by body, speech and mind. The body is the body of the four kinds of birthplaces of beings. The agent is the cause, that is, the nature of cause and condition, six kinds and four kinds. The fruit is the nature of good and bad destinies, these should be known to be similar to mirages and so on. This itself is the righteous meaning of the empowerment sequence. Afflictions are the Tathagatas of the nature of desire and so on. The path of karma is the Bodhisattvas of the root faculties and pure nature. The body is the goddesses of the nature of elements. The agent is the form Vajra Mother and so on of the object nature that is born of wisdom and has activity. The fruit is the joy and so on born from enjoying these, or, the co-emergent joy that is particularly superior to all, all these should be known to be similar to mirages and so on, this is the definitive meaning. Abandoning dharma and non-dharma asceticism, good vows, bad vows, taming and so on, hell beings, pretas, animals, gods and humans, past and future aggregates, realms and the teaching of the Sage, the teacher and the Shravakas,

Everything is shown as the conventional truth. For the sake of the initial practitioners entering the ultimate truth, the perfectly enlightened one, with this method, proclaimed the stages like a ladder. All of these will eventually perish, that is to deceive children. One should contemplate, not speak. Another joy will become clear. Thus and so forth it was proclaimed. If there is no samadhi, one will be controlled by afflictions and become an ordinary being. Because of not knowing this samadhi, clinging to the conventional truth, various diseases will arise. Those are the transformations of illusion. Thus it was proclaimed. Any practitioner who knows the samadhi that is the characteristic of the self-blessing mantra, however, those who abide with the pride of a yogi, are those who cling to the conventional truth, that is, clinging to conceptual thoughts, or abiding in the yoga of an imputed deity. For them, various diseases, that is, conceptual thoughts such as desire that cause one to fall like a disease, will arise and occur. Their very own are the transformations of illusion. Illusion means the craving that constantly revolves in the wheel of samsara, and its transformation is play and power, that is its definition. In order to clarify that, the self-blessing mantra is: Whoever has not practiced from the guru, clinging to permanence and annihilation, that person will regress. Thus it was proclaimed. Any practitioner who has not received the mantra of the self-blessing sequence from the guru's face, then he will rely on the sides of permanence and annihilation and regress, falling away from that one suchness, becoming the state of an ordinary being. Thus, in the tantric teachings there are two stages, namely the generation stage and the completion stage. The completion stage is of two types, namely the stage of clear light and the stage of the wisdom body. Among them, if one always relies on the generation stage and meditates, because of clinging to the permanent form of the deity, it is the side of permanence. If one relies on the clear light of the second and fourth stages and enters, that is the side of annihilation.
