Who? It is practiced by one who possesses accomplishment. Through it, in one month, the three realms will undoubtedly be accomplished. The mantra arising from consciousness, having recited six hundred thousand times, and having prostrated to Vajrasattva, on the full moon day, it will be accomplished. Thus it is said. The unequaled one should recite in the order of entering, etc. The mantra is three syllables. The one who possesses accomplishment is the practitioner who abides in the illusion-like samadhi. The practice is to temporarily enter the state of non-discrimination of self-nature. One month accomplishes the three realms, that is, the realm of sentient beings dwelling in the three realms, and the works of pacification, etc., are accomplished. There is no doubt here, it is not a secret meaning. How is it accomplished in one month? Recite six hundred thousand times in one month. Thus it is said. Thus, one day and night has twenty-one thousand six hundred counts, so reciting for five days becomes one million eight thousand, and one million eight thousand should be counted as one hundred thousand. Thus, in one month there are six hundred thousand recitations. That said, the three-syllable mantra arises from consciousness. When reciting with the power of consciousness possessing the mount of wind, it becomes the recitation of the five Tathagatas and the sixth Vajrasattva. That said, prostrate to Vajrasattva, that is, after extreme reverence. On the full moon day, that is, the last day of the month, the accomplished one is the yogi who, for his own benefit, obtains the accomplishment of the great mudra, and for the benefit of others, obtains the accomplishment of works such as pacification, which is its meaning, not a secret meaning. Now the perfect yogi can be accomplished by merely reciting the Vajra, because there is no need for asceticism, etc. There is no talk of asceticism there. No need for rosary, no need to count. Abandon grasping and fire offering activities, etc. No need for anything else. Thus it is said. The so-called asceticism there is the holder of the sign that has necessarily gone before. The Blessed One did not speak of that Vajra recitation yogi, that is, he did not teach it. Likewise also.
