It arises during times such as when flickering like flames. How is this known? Therefore, it is mentioned in the Tantra called "Adornment of the Vajra Mandala," etc. The Vajra Mandala is the Vajra Mandala, primarily led by Vajrasattva. To adorn it or to show adornment by it, whatever is the collection of that scripture is called that. What does it reveal? Therefore, "the center of the heart is indestructible" indicates the place. Where is it located? In the center of the heart, in the center of the eight-petaled lotus veins in the heart. What is located there? The indestructible, the King of Indestructible Wind, whose essence is A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). How is it located there? Like burning. An example is given, "lights are also the same," which refers to that which is clear and unwavering, and is called that. Explaining its meaning, "unchanging and supremely subtle," means that things and characteristics do not change into others and cannot be known by logicians, therefore it is called that. Therefore, it means because of that reason, because of what was said where, that's why it is said that way. All Tathagatas have become the lineage of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), which means they have become immovable. Whatever conceptual thoughts are unwavering are called that. Becoming the cause of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) means that A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) generates the body, and that A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) necessarily arises, which is what generates letters, is called that. "What is being said is the nature of cessation" means that all collections of speech are momentary. When what is said later arises, what was said before ceases, like a river. "Having the characteristic of conceptual thought" refers to the object-grasping part of the mind's consciousness with conceptual thought. After knowing it as it truly is, it means conforming to reality, which is the object-grasping part of the mind's consciousness, and knowing that it arises from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). Knowing that it does not depend on sound and non-sound also arises from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). Knowing through the differences in beings' thoughts means that the collection of beings' thoughts is immeasurable, and harmoniously teaches the Dharma with various sounds. Why? Because he thought that no one could be tamed by just one language. Letters are also completely ultimate.
