“不明显而明显的自性者。” 这句话的意思是，没有变成其他的地方，而是变成了瑜伽士的地方。密集金刚等，前面已经说过了。“清楚地说”这句话，是加上“详细地说”的意思。五种智慧是法界、如镜、平等性、妙观察、成所作智。它的自性就是它的本体，即五气。它本身就是地等要素的本体。用球体的形状取出，意思是说用明点的形状取出。或者说是粗大的形态的球体形状，就像金刚、珍宝和五种颜色。 “在鼻尖上完全禅修。” 这句话很容易理解。五种珍贵的颜色，前面已经说过了。命和勤奋是根本气和支分气。或者说是两种，即生起和进入。 “思念自己的咒语心要。” 这句话是思念字母阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）。 “命安住在明点中。” 这句话是说要学习安住气息。对于非常详细地解释的意义，称为重述。既是金刚又是念珠，所以是金刚念珠续。既是金刚念珠又是解释的续，所以是金刚念珠的解释续。加上“从那里面解释”。 “鼻尖上的芥子”就是前面所指示的那个。 “命和勤奋的检验。” 这句话是说，在鼻尖上禅修芥子，就能重复命和勤奋的气息。怎么样呢？ “将五光观想成诸佛。” 这句话是说，将五佛的本体观想成五种光芒。它的意思也是，从任何一个位置发出五种颜色的光芒，并清楚地观想。 “从上面的鼻孔中确定生起。” 这句话不是下面的鼻孔，而是从上面的鼻孔的孔穴中生起。从哪里生起呢？ “从左和右以及两者，缓慢地运行”这句话下面会说明。从哪里到哪里呢？ “从喉咙、心、脐，到秘密的莲花。” 做什么呢？ “显示行走”这句话。这些话的意思是，位于喉咙的气，安住在那个坛城中，从右边变化。其他的也同样类推。右

"The nature of the unclear and clear." This means that it has not become another place, but has become the place of the yogi. Guhyasamaja and so on have been explained above. "Clearly stated" means to add "explained in detail." The five wisdoms are Dharmadhatu, mirror-like, equality, discriminating, and accomplishing wisdom. Its nature is its essence, which is the five breaths. It itself is the essence of earth and other elements. To extract with the shape of a sphere means to extract with the shape of a bindu. Or it is the shape of a coarse sphere, like vajra, jewel, and five colors. "Meditate thoroughly on the tip of the nose." This sentence is easy to understand. The five precious colors have been mentioned above. Life and effort are the root breath and the branch breath. Or there are two, namely arising and entering. "Having thought about one's own mantra essence." This sentence is to think about the letter A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿). "Life is placed in the bindu." This means to learn to stabilize the breath. For the meaning that is explained very thoroughly, it is called restatement. It is both vajra and rosary, so it is the Vajra Rosary Tantra. It is both Vajra Rosary and the explanatory tantra, so it is the explanatory tantra of the Vajra Rosary. Add "explained from that." "Mustard seed on the tip of the nose" is what was indicated above. "The examination of life and effort." This means that by meditating on mustard seed on the tip of the nose, the breaths of life and effort are repeated. How is it? "Meditate on the five lights as the Buddhas." This means to meditate on the essence of the five Buddhas as five rays of light. Its meaning is also to think clearly that five colors of light radiate from any of the four places. "Determined arising from the upper nostril." This sentence is not the lower nostril, but arising from the hole of the upper nostril. From where does it arise? "From the left and right and both, moving slowly" will be explained below. From where to where? "From the throat, heart, navel, to the secret lotus." What does it do? "Show walking." The meaning of these words is that the breath located in the throat abides in that mandala and changes from the right. Apply the same to others. Right

“从……而生”是指隐秘之气从右鼻孔产生。如果问是什么坛城，是火坛城。因为能成熟，所以是火坛城。颜色红而明亮，所以是红而明亮。变成什么呢？执莲怙主，即变成无量寿佛。因为它与无量寿佛相似，所以称为无量寿佛。或者说是作为种子。它的处所位于三角形中，具有呼吸出入、食物消化以及在上部辨别精华和糟粕的功能。这是通过观察来决定的。瑜伽士修习口诀的修学方式有两种：一般修学和特殊修学。特殊修学有两种：有依和无依。其中，有依方面，有两种能感知气味的脉位于鼻尖。观想鼻尖如花朵绽放般，有细微明点，并在心间观想菩提心的明点。

"Arising from..." refers to the hidden air arising from the right nostril. If asked, what mandala is it? It is the fire mandala. Because it ripens, it is the fire mandala. Its color is red and bright, therefore it is red and bright. What does it transform into? The Lotus Holder, which is Amitayus. Because it is similar to Amitayus, it is called Amitayus. Or it is as a seed. Its abode is in a triangle, having the function of breathing in and out, digesting food, and separating essence and dross in the upper part. This is determined by observation. The way a yogi practices the oral instructions is twofold: general practice and specific practice. Specific practice is twofold: with support and without support. Among these, in terms of with support, there are two channels that perceive odors located at the tip of the nose. Visualize the tip as a blooming flower with subtle bindus, and in the heart, visualize the bindu of bodhicitta.
