It emphasizes meditating on one's own life and diligence. In order to make the wind victorious and to stabilize the mind, and so on. Among them, "that" refers to what must be grasped. The word of general indication is therefore a summary. Entering means quoting and explaining here, and the rest is easy to understand. In "tip of the nose" and so on, the Vajra words elaborate on the true nature of the wind, which is the object of focus for the deities born from individual ordinary beings and contemplation, and the true nature of the completely pure deities. First, if we are to explain the cause of generating beings, the two powers of life and diligence located above are driven by the joy of equal union, and in all limbs, they are melted by the fire of great desire, and the Bodhicitta falls into the pistil of the lotus in the form of a bindu. This is for those who practice the generation stage. The Tathagata subtly indicates with the sound of mustard seed, and mustard seed refers to that. Among them, mustard seed is the bindu of Bodhicitta, and within it, all worlds will arise. One should contemplate in this way. "Shukra nectar" is said, and from it the three realms arise. As it appears, it is the definitive meaning. Here, the contemplation yogi contemplates all moving and unmoving things as the Bodhicitta nature of Vajrasattva, the three wisdoms, which is the provisional meaning. In "practice," the abode of wisdom is wind and consciousness, which is the wisdom body. Pleasant is because it has colors like a rainbow, such as white. The great secret is not the realm of the contemplation yogi. Observing with wisdom is because it arises from the wisdom of luminosity. It shows that this meaning is explained with intention. In "precious five colors" and so on, precious refers to the bindu, because it is the nature of the five wisdoms, so it is five colors. Mustard seed refers to the size of a mustard seed, and the tip of the nose refers to the inside of the nostril. Some explain that the word tip of the nose refers to the pistil of the lotus in the heart, and there is no fault in that either. Therefore, the heart

How should I meditate in this way? This is a concluding word. Diligence means completely abandoning distraction, as long as the mind can abide. Meditation means to make it a habit. Yoga wisdom means knowing the true meaning. Constant means uninterrupted like passing buckets of water, these are said according to their intention. Again, spoken in Vajra words, from the Tantra spoken by the Four Goddesses. Vajradhara is the remainder of the words. It should be quoted here, that is, the goddess should be spoken. These two verses are easy to understand. However, its reality is the nature of Bindu, and the deity residing in its center is the nature of self-awareness, the nature of the four great elements, the source of great bliss. Unclear is the stage of conceptual yoga. The nature of clarity is the stage of completion. In the eighteenth chapter of the latter part of the same meaning gathering tantra, in the stage of practicing the six branches, the two branches of the nature of life and diligence and holding are shown in two verses. The so-called five wisdoms, because their nature is like mirror-like wisdom, etc., are the nature of the five wisdoms. Breath refers to the mind in the form of upward moving wind, which pervades between the throat, palate, and lips. The so-called five, because the eyes and so on are the nature of the goddess, are the nature of the four great elements, and the so-called space is the fifth. After appearing, it means that they appear separately and are visualized from the Vajra path. Lotus means that it should be visualized as the pistil of the goddess's lotus. When practicing subtle yoga, some people explain that it should be visualized as the meaning of entering or merging. Others say that because it is the basis of the subtle mandala, it should reside in the center of the form and practice it. The so-called five colors and so on are the end of the words, which is easy to understand. In terms of Bindu Yoga, it shows the practice of burning and diligence. In terms of subtle yoga, it shows the meaning of holding. The so-called self-mantra and so on refers to the wisdom of the heart.
