Therefore, one should meditate in this way in the heart. This is a concluding word. "Diligently" means completely abandoning distraction, as long as the mind can remain calm. "Meditate" means to become accustomed. "Yoga wisdom" means understanding the ultimate. "Constantly" means continuously, like passing buckets of water. These are explained according to their meaning. To further explain with Vajra words, in the explanatory tantra of the Sutra Requested by the Four Goddesses, "Vajradhara" is an unfinished word. It should be quoted here, that is, "That is the goddess who should be proclaimed." These two verses are easy to understand. However, the very nature of reality is the nature of bindu, and the deity residing in its center is the nature of self-awareness, the nature of the four great elements, the source of great bliss. Unclear is the state of conceptual yoga. The bright nature is the state of completion. In the eighteenth chapter of the latter part of the Compendium of Intentions Tantra, in the stage of practicing the six branches, two verses are used to indicate the two branches of life and diligence and the nature of holding. The so-called five wisdoms, because they have the nature of mirror-like wisdom and so on, are the nature of the five wisdoms. "Breath" refers to the mind in the form of upward-moving wind, which pervades between the throat, palate, and lips. "Five" refers to the nature of the goddesses such as the eyes, so it is the nature of the four great elements, and the so-called space is the fifth. "After arising" means appearing separately from the Vajra path and being made an object. "Lotus" refers to the lotus stamen of the goddess's lotus that should be meditated upon. When practicing subtle yoga, some explain it as practicing the meaning of entering or merging. Others believe that because it is the basis of the subtle mandala, it should be dwelt in the center of the sign and practiced. The so-called five colors and so on are concluding words and are easy to understand. From the perspective of bindu yoga, it means practicing burning and diligence. From the perspective of subtle yoga, it means the meaning of holding. The so-called self-mantra and so on,

I, on the moon in the heart of the wisdom hero, visualize the seed syllable of my own deity in the form of a bindu, and meditate on it as being fully integrated with the life force, this is the object of the mind. The mind is the consciousness, meditate and abide on the bindu that has become a bindu, thereby making it repeatedly familiar, this is the meaning of this. Others say that in subtle yoga, in the center of the chakra in the heart of one's own wisdom hero, visualize the seed syllable and with the mind make it into something to be subdued. Showing the holding, this also comes from the restatement of the tantra called "Vajra Garland". Restatement means detailed explanation. In places such as "tip of the nose", "mustard seed" is another name for bindu. Here, one should constantly meditate on the suchness of life, effort, and wind. Here, visualize the five lights as the Buddhas. Because the five wisdoms are completely pure, they abide pervading the throat, heart, navel, secret place, and the entire body. Here it is said: the nature of the five wisdoms such as mirror-like wisdom, transformed into life and effort, from the pores of the tip of the nose, the four great elements surround and combine in sequence, and will certainly arise. The mountain of going out and coming in, that is, remembering the characteristics of exhaling and inhaling, the yogi should contemplate as it is. There are six types of wind meditation, as it is said in the Abhidharma Kosha: counting and following, abiding and characteristics, as well as transformation and complete purification, these six are the mindfulness of exhaling and inhaling. Exhaling is the wind that enters, inhaling is the wind that goes out. Here, the consciousness of the object is the mindfulness of exhaling and inhaling, because it is the cause of mindfulness, it is called mindfulness. The so-called counting is to abandon the habits of body, speech, and mind, focus on exhaling and inhaling, count from one to ten, and repeat this again and again. There are three faults in this, namely incomplete counting, for example, holding two as one.
