Is the wisdom body. Pleasant because it has colors such as rainbow-like white. The great secret is not the realm of conceptual yogis. Examining with wisdom arises from the wisdom of luminosity. Showing the meaning explained with intention, such as "precious five colors," etc., precious refers to bindu, because it is the nature of the five wisdoms, so it is five colors. Mustard seed refers to the amount of a mustard seed, the tip of the nose refers to the hole in the nasal column. Some explain that the tip of the nose refers to the stamen of the lotus in the heart, but that is also without fault. Therefore, one should practice in the heart in this way. This is the concluding statement. Diligence means completely abandoning distraction, as long as the mind can abide. Practice means familiarization. Yoga wisdom means knowing the ultimate truth. Constant means like passing buckets of water, uninterrupted, these are explained with intention. Again, explained with Vajra words, in the "Four Goddesses Asking Tantra," Vajradhara refers to the remainder of the sentence. It should be brought here, that is what the goddess said. These two verses are easy to understand. However, Suchness is the nature of bindu, the deity residing in the center is the nature of self-awareness, the nature of the four great elements, great bliss. Unclear is the stage of conceptual yoga. The nature of clarity is the stage of completion. In the eighteenth chapter of the latter part of the Samputa Tantra, in the stage of practicing the six branches, two verses show the nature of the two branches of life, effort, and retention. The five wisdoms refer to, because they are the nature of wisdom like a mirror, etc., so they are the nature of the five wisdoms. Breath refers to the mind in the form of upward-moving wind, pervading between the throat, palate, and lips. Five refers to, because the eyes, etc., are the nature of the goddess, so they are the nature of the four great elements, namely space.

The fifth is action. "Having arisen" means appearing and being separately visualized from the Vajra path. "Lotus" means to meditate on the pistil of the goddess's lotus. If one practices subtle yoga, some explain that it is practiced for the sake of avoiding or entering. Others believe that since the basis of the subtle mandala itself, it should be practiced by dwelling in the center of the sign. "Five colors" and so on, are concluding words, which are easy to understand. In terms of Bindu yoga, it means to practice burning and effort. In terms of subtle yoga, it indicates the meaning of holding. "Self-mantra" and so on, means that on the moon in the heart of the wisdom being in the heart, the seed syllable of one's own deity is visualized as a Bindu shape as it is, and is fully combined with the life-force wind, which is the object of the mind. Mind is the mind, meditating and dwelling on the Bindu that has become a Bindu, making it repeatedly familiar. Others explain that subtle yoga is to visualize the seed syllable in the center of the sign of one's own wisdom being's heart, and to make it appear as if it is descending with the mind. Indicating holding, this is also called repetition in the Vajra Garland Tantra. "Repetition" means detailed explanation. "Tip of the nose" and so on, "Yunghar" is the name of Bindu. To this, one must also constantly practice the suchness of life, effort, and wind. To this, there is also the saying "Five lights are visualized as Buddhas", that is, the five wisdoms are completely purified, pervading the throat, heart, navel, secret place, and the entire body. Here it is said: The nature of the five, such as mirror-like wisdom, is transformed into life and effort, and from the pores of the tip of the nose, surrounded by the four great elements and gradually combined, it will surely arise. That mountain of going and coming, that is, following the characteristics of exhaling and inhaling, the yogi must also contemplate and practice as it is, that is the meaning. There are also six types of wind meditation, in the Abhidharma Treasury.

English
Here it says: Counting and following, abiding and nature, as well as transformation and complete purification, these six, desire mindfulness of inhaling and exhaling. Thus it is said. Inhaling is the wind that enters within. Exhaling is the wind that flows outward. The consciousness that focuses on that is the mindfulness of exhaling and inhaling, and because it is the cause of mindfulness, it is called mindfulness. Among them, what is called counting is to take up the habits of body, mind, and speech, and focus solely on exhaling and inhaling, counting from one to ten, and doing so again and again. The faults of this are threefold: what is called incomplete counting, if one grasps two as one. What is called excessive counting, if one combines one into two. Inverted counting is when one desires inhaling as exhaling, or grasps exhaling as inhaling. Other than that, it is correct counting. If one is distracted in between, then one must start again from the first count, until one obtains samadhi. What is called following is the spontaneously accomplished wind that enters within, gradually entering and traveling between the throat, heart, navel, waist, thighs, shins, and feet. Appearing is up to a fathom or an elbow, or a span. What is called abiding is to visualize from the tip of the nose to the toes, abiding like a string of jewels, is this a helper of following? Or a harm? Is it cold? Is it hot? Thus one thinks. What is called nature, this is only wind, the four great elements and those born dependent on them, as well as mind and mental events, are a brief indication of the five aggregates. What is called transformation is to transform the aspect of wind with the mind, increasing all roots of virtue from above to above, up to the yoga of the first Dharma and so on. What is called complete purification is to universally combine the supreme samadhi of the mandala in the path of seeing and so on. At that time, when it definitely arises from the tip of the nose, then it is said from left to right and so on, in some places it is the left nose.
