There is no difference between these. However, when someone is in a state of confusion, they should practice any antidote, because this will free their mind from obscurations and make it complete, so it is shown in twelve aspects. This is the explanation of the third stage. The fourth is to show: after "the edge of reality" etc., having obtained the illusion-like samadhi, one enters the ultimate truth through the stages of the eighteen emptinesses. Then, for holding the whole, one fully enters the edge of reality with the samadhi of the distinctions of minute particles. "Completely purified" means that all the aggregates of mind and mental factors of that very edge of reality are completely purified. This is the explanation of the fourth stage. The fifth is to show: after "when arising from the edge of reality" etc., having arisen from the samadhi of emptiness, one realizes the nature of self-luminous, the nature of the inseparability of the two truths. One fully enters the samadhi of the completion stage, therefore it is said "non-dual wisdom" etc. Non-dual wisdom refers to the fact that the nature of the duality of grasping subject and grasped object, or the nature of the distinction between existence and non-existence, does not exist, this is non-dual wisdom. The phrase "to obtain it" means "to get", this is a special explanation of it. After "union" etc., when the non-dual wisdom abides in that very samadhi of union, then there is no need to learn anything more. Because it is completely perfect, there is no dharma to be learned, like a lame teacher striking an enemy. Thus, if one realizes the completion stage through the generation stage, in order to take care of disciples who are good at practice and those who are not, the five stages are clearly shown through the truth of mantra, deity, self, and mudra. Among them, the discriminating observation of speech is the truth of mantra, that is, the truth of wind, and the truth of deity, this is the first stage. The focus of mind is the truth of self, this is the second stage. The stage of blessing the self is the truth of mudra, this is the third stage. Manifesting

Perfect enlightenment and union, these two are the nature of the fruit. Therefore, if there is no physical discernment, there is no samadhi of verbal discernment. Without it, there is no understanding of mental discernment. Without it, there is no entry into the conventional truth. Without it, the ultimate truth cannot be prioritized. If there is none of that, then the stages of union cannot be directly realized. One should train in this order. The explanation of the fifth stage is briefly stated. Now, with two verses, the benefits of the samadhi of union are shown, starting with "This is." "This" refers to the samadhi of union just mentioned, which is called perfect yoga. Because it is the ultimate destination of going upwards, it is the great Vajradhara. Because they are inseparable, in its, entering the stages of the samadhi of union, even an ordinary person who is learning will have omniscience, and will thoroughly attain Buddhahood. How is it? It is said starting from "Possessing all excellence," etc., because it possesses all excellence, it is the one possessing all excellence. Because it pervades all accumulations of knowable things, it is called the omniscient one, and from then on it transforms. It is said like this. This shows that even the subtlest obscurations of knowledge can be destroyed. Now this shows the complete knowledge of the three times, starting from "Past," etc. Whatever slightly exists in the three realms, whether it is the present, past, or future, all are manifested by wisdom in that instant, which is seeing, which is the meaning of knowable things. By what is it manifested? It arises from "Because of luminosity," etc., by the luminous, pure, and immaculate wisdom. Because luminous wisdom has the obscuration of sudden defilements, therefore it is pure. As it is said: The nature of this mind is naturally luminous, there are sudden defilements, like water, ore, gold, and sky, it is desired to be pure as purity. It is said like this. That itself is these, starting from "That," etc., whatever is stated above, that unique, non-inverted realization of reality.

It is the wisdom of self-nature. This is extensively taught in the Glorious Guhyasamāja Tantra, because it is situated in a very secret place. Because it is not to be shown to each ignorant ordinary person, it is like being extensively taught. Starting from the phrase "Following the spoken tantra," it means that one should understand and know by comprehending prophecies and so on. Moreover, this is not by oneself, how is it? Because the phrase "from the mouth of the guru" is mentioned, that is, it comes from the oral instruction lineage of the guru, so it is not to be mastered solely by oneself. As it is said, "If one examines the meaning of the sound as it is, one will lose confidence in oneself," the scripture says. Now, it begins to explain the meditation on the life force and effort of the suchness of wind, in order to completely conquer the wind, and in order to stabilize the mind, regarding "to that" and so on. "To that" is to be grasped definitively. Because it is a word of brief indication, it is brief. Entering is to be cited and explained here, the rest is easy to understand. Starting from "at the tip of the nose" and so on, this vajra word elaborates on the suchness of wind, which is the object of focus for ordinary beings' existence and the conceived deity, and also the suchness of the completely pure deity. If one should first explain the cause of generating sentient beings, then the life force and effort located above, moved by the joy of the two roots uniting equally, and then melted by the fire of great desire in all the limbs, the bodhicitta falls in the form of a bindu into the lotus pistil of the lotus, this is for those who meditate on the generation stage. The Tathagata indicates metaphorically with the sound of a mustard seed, mustard seed refers to that. Among them, mustard seed is the bindu of bodhicitta, in which all the worlds will arise. One should think in this way. "It is said to be Shukra nectar, from which the three realms of beings arise," the scripture says, this is the definitive meaning. Here, the contemplative yogi visualizes all moving and unmoving things as the bodhi-nature of Vajrasattva, the three wisdoms, this is the guiding meaning. Regarding the phrase "meditate," the place of wisdom is wind and consciousness.
