The Body of the Treatise and the Order of Explanation Furthermore, it should be established as follows: The secret mantra body is supremely accomplished, the generation stage is the first. Merely focusing on the mind, that is called the second stage. Seeing the relative truth, that is the pleasing third stage. The purity of the relative truth is said to be the fourth stage. Whatever is the union of the two truths is called union, the fifth stage. This body of accomplishment is most excellent, it gathers the meaning of all treatises. Furthermore, since it is a branch of the glorious Guhyasamaja, one should also follow the six extremities and explain the text with the order of the four explanations. However, the characteristics of these are not mentioned, because of the concern that the text would be too extensive. The Establishment of the Order of Explanation First Order: Explanation of the Vajra Recitation Having thus arranged the body of the treatise, now, starting from the verse of homage, let us explain each word individually. To "Lord of all Buddhas" and so on, one should connect the phrase "Having paid homage to the glorious Great Bliss, I shall explain the order of Vajra Recitation." The glorious Great Bliss is the great Vajradhara, because at all times, without interruption, he experiences unequaled bliss in his body. Why? Because here, the body of the Bhagavan is also of two kinds: the nature of wisdom and the nature of perfect enjoyment. Among these, the nature of wisdom is all the Buddhas in the form of the five wisdoms, because he generates the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya, therefore he pervades all minds, that is, the nature of all Buddhas. The nature of perfect enjoyment is that which is adorned with the thirty-two major marks of a great being and the eighty minor marks, and because he thoroughly places all sentient beings on the path. Protector, who has become the savior, up to "worthy of refuge." Thus, with two kinds of words, in due order, after paying homage to the body of the Bhagavan, which has the nature of profundity and vastness, what should one do? The answer is: explain the order of Vajra Recitation. Vajra Recitation is the way of the nature of the order that will be explained below, Vajra

The title is "Explaining the Sequence of Recitation of the Generation Stage." From where does it come? From "Yoga Tantra" and so on, "Yoga" refers to the Samadhi of the mind, and the Tantra that prioritizes it is the Yoga Tantra. "Following after it" means relying on it. Therefore, following after the Yoga Tantra, here, after prostrating to the Bhagavan who is endowed with all perfect qualities, immediately the precepts of entering the sequence of two verses, and how the sequence that pervades like a precious thread is shown, are declared. From "Generation Stage" and so on, for those beginners who are learning the Generation Stage, those who desire to manifest the Completion Stage, the Bhagavan, with compassion that has gone beyond, clearly elucidates the method of obtaining the characteristics of the five stages, like a sequence of steps. Just as the sequence of steps becomes the cause for ascending to a mansion, similarly, for the purpose of obtaining the state of manifestation, the wise should understand this sequence. From "Life" and so on, "Becoming life" means holding and sustaining. What is life? It is what is called "wind," which is universally moving. Sentient beings are those who possess a body, because without wind, there is no coming and going. Therefore, since it performs all the actions of their movement and universal motion, it is called "doing all actions." From "Consciousness" and so on, "Consciousness" refers to mind, its vehicle is like a person riding a chariot and a horse. It is said thus: On the vehicle called wind, consciousness rides, doing all actions. That is the meaning. Thus it will be taught: Wind is the nature of emptiness, consciousness becomes mixed with everything, arises from the gate of the senses, and is called focusing on the object. Here also, it is divided into five and ten types by the difference of brief and extensive. The life wind, the downward-expelling wind, the wind that dwells with fire, the upward-moving wind, and the pervasive wind, these are the five types of wind. Clearly moving, various changes, and again
