Khor zhe na, it refers to the path of samsara, that is, the cycle of the six realms of existence, such as the desire realm. Alternatively, it refers to the cycle of the previous life in the intermediate state (bardo) and the state of death. Whatever the experience of karmic results, there are no sentient beings other than that. The saying, "Mind arises from dependent origination," is the view of the tirthikas (non-Buddhists), who believe that there is no experiencer of the cause-and-effect karma. "From that" refers to those things, because they are the objects of action. So, what is the lineage of dependent origination? For example, just as when a mirror and the contour of a face meet, an image immediately appears, but there is no visible transmission between the face and the mirror. Therefore, it does not arise, because the face does not enter the mirror. However, it cannot be without it either, because without the two, the image will not appear. For example, like that, "arising from that" refers to arising from the power of afflictions and karma. "Between existences" refers to the interval between death and birth. The connection is the intermediate state (bardo). The meaning is that, just like that, without an intermediate transmitter, through the power of dependent origination without inherent existence, from this life to the next. The meaning is that, even if there is no arising, "the wise" refers to those who are proficient in the sixty-two realms. Or it refers to the Tathagata, that is, the one who possesses the omniscient wisdom. They have determined the meaning of the unmoving arising, that is, they have confirmed it. If those things arise with some identical self-nature, then what is emptiness, etc., that is, it has been determined. In the ultimate truth, from the nature of emptiness, like ignorance, arises the nature of emptiness, like formations. Therefore, the so-called karmic results, etc., the experiencer and the experienced of cause-and-effect karma are characteristics of the conventional truth, but in the ultimate truth, this is not the meaning taught by the Victorious Ones. Thus, after explaining the internal dependent origination, now the external is explained, that is, "this also," etc. "This" refers to the container world. What arises from connection is the dependent object with connection.

This means that it arises from interdependence. For example, in the ultimate sense, it means that it arises from the common karmic cause and effect. For example, like sprouts, etc., even though they do not exist in any form such as seeds, etc., and skins, etc., they arise due to different connections. Similarly, the inner and outer phenomena are also the same. Therefore, what is it like in the ultimate sense? Like illusions, etc. Among them, the external is the compounded dharma, the aggregate of form, because it is the characteristic of dependent origination with connection. If so, is it not permissible for the cause and effect dharma to arise from non-existence? From "all phenomena," the aggregates and other phenomena are not contradictory to arise from their own seeds or causes in the conventional truth. Why? Because the cause is also the emptiness of the cause itself, that is, whatever becomes the cause of all phenomena, the nature of that cause is not established, so it is without self-nature. For example, the ignorance that is the cause of action is the result of the cause of craving and grasping in the previous life. Similarly, the characteristic of action that is the cause of consciousness is the result of ignorance. Thus, since one thing appears as the nature of cause and effect, it is merely interdependence, and the cause itself is this, and this is the nature of this. Therefore, the dharma that arises from the cause being without self-nature should be known as unborn. Because if the cause exists, birth exists. Therefore, these unborn dharmas are well known as emptiness. Because the nature of its cause does not exist, there is no birth, and the unborn dharma is known as emptiness, which is the conclusion spoken by the Bhagavan. What is the unborn dharma? In short, the five aggregates, elements, etc., are mentioned there. If so, if all phenomena are unborn, then from where do they arise in the conventional truth? Starting from "how," etc., the so-called "that itself" is because in the ultimate sense, non-self-nature is unchanging. Why? Because it is the conventional truth, that is, the two truths are not different. If it is said that "that itself is the conventional truth," why? Because it is unrelated and uncertain. Wherever there is a conventional truth, there is the emptiness of the ultimate truth.
