Just as one walks steadily, sentient beings should eat food in the same way. For example, just as people erect sturdy pillars to prevent old houses from collapsing. Similarly, the body relies on food to survive, and one should eat food like the eyes of a horse. Know that the desire realm exists by relying on food, and the Victorious One has taught that the body should be regarded as a tree by the water, and the mind should not be attached to food and drink. When the six senses wander in their respective realms, they should be guarded by the wisdom spoken by the Sugata. Taking one from those bowls, observe where the yoke is and practice alms gathering. Smiling, speaking to those who walk, with a smile in the corner of the eye, all the limbs are captivating. The form of a woman is like a weapon trap, which will immediately capture the heart of a man. It is very easy to cover the eyes with a burning hot iron plowshare. Secondly, do not easily see women who cause loss of memory, and women with long eyes. Wherever one joyfully holds and watches, the mind should subdue the mind. Abandoning the superior and the middling, one should go to another's house without speaking. Wherever there are young calves and children, wherever young girls play and frolic, similarly, wherever young men frolic, wherever children like to eat, drink, and have fun, wherever many people gather, similarly, wherever music is played, practitioners should not go. Whatever alms are obtained, they should be brought back, and first, how should they be properly distributed. Washing the feet, giving to sudden visitors, and eating food to protect the body. Eating on time, bathing on time, and whenever the mind of play and joy is calmed, and relying on it causes memory to become dull, one should stand up and walk around, look around, and thoroughly wash the face with water. The sound of flutes and the sound of drums, as well as the frightening sounds of crowds, various noisy clamors and songs, the sounds of lutes and harps, and the sound of earthenware drums, the sounds of various birds and the sound of water, and the sound of women's ornaments, as well as the harm of mosquitoes, heat, cold, and wind, will distract and agitate the mind of a person.

I am a dancer, Singing, drumming, changing due to beings, Excessive pride, attachment, and strong desires, Longing to see kings and assemblies, Sleeping at inappropriate times and speaking unrealistically, Hearing treatises and reciting poems, Greed, fear, arrogance, and conceit, Holding grudges, laziness, and deceit should be abandoned. Elephants, horses, cattle, birds, crows, dogs, Vultures burning, owls, men, Women, girls, and goats, sheep, etc., Fighting and quarreling, do not watch or do. The mind, possessing a collection of afflictions such as greed, is universally regarded as samsara. The liberation from afflictions is like crystal and the moon, proclaimed thoroughly at the end of the ocean of existence. For example, just as pure water is made turbid by dust, etc., even in an instant, similarly, the pure and immaculate mind becomes defiled by faults such as greed. Through these paths, secret mantras achieve accomplishment, and likewise, here, heaven and liberation are attained. Sons of the Buddhas, past Buddhas who have passed away, will depart from here and likewise become Tathagatas. Whatever merit is accumulated with reverence by a friendless mind, body, speech, and mind, if the path of truth spoken by the Sugata is aimed at, then that virtuous action will also increase accordingly. Cherishing the guru's instructions, regarding the hidden meanings and occasions for action, the samadhi doors, etc., are different for each, not in sequence from the valiant inquiries. End of the first chapter on abiding, the fourth chapter, in the chapter on abiding. Chapter Five: Explaining the Abiding of the Deities of Meditation. The yogi renounces samsara, and is supremely devoted to nirvana. In order to separate samadhi from obscurations, he meditates on the abiding of the deities in order to practice samadhi. Vitarka (thought), Vicara (discernment), joy, and happiness are the initial five limbs of one-pointedness of mind. With past words, future abidings, etc., are explained from the rules of the secret mantra sutras. The sound of flutes and the sounds of drums, etc., and extremely frightening enemies that arise, etc., the harm of flesh flies, heat, cold, and wind distract and agitate the human mind. Smiling, walking, speaking, with sidelong glances, all limbs captivating the
