The joyful body is seen as very tamed, A tamed body can have a happy destiny. For a person with a focused mind, The joy arising from the heart will greatly increase. Without contemplation, diseases will greatly increase, The four branches of the second limb, such as joy, have been explained. With a joyful mind, one can obtain the happiness of the gods, As well as the higher realms and liberation. Equanimity, mindfulness, and awareness, The five branches of joy and one-pointedness. Having equanimity is like the life of Brahma, For example, in a room without wind, A lit candle burns without wavering. By reciting with a focused mind and manifesting joy, The Dharma on the body will also burn in the same way. Equanimity is completely pure, mindfulness is completely pure, Neither suffering nor happiness, the mind is focused. Fame and no fame, gain and no gain, Happiness and suffering, likewise praise and blame. The mind can completely destroy the eight worldly dharmas, One should abandon what has become a place of sin. The abode of the god of meditation, the fifth chapter ends. Chapter Six, Explaining the Abodes of Immeasurables. The noble thoughts of the princes are, At all times, focusing on benefiting others, Therefore, the cause of Brahma's abode should be explained, Having love, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
