Oh, the holes and nine orifices! Various impure substances flow from the wounds, The stream of leakage is constant. Thus, all the limbs are gathered together, Possessing earth, water, fire, wind, and space. Like the follower of karma, the human body, Abides in the body that possesses everything. Even if tormented by desire, For all these limbs of the body, With one-pointed mindfulness manifested, Observe each one separately with the eye of wisdom. Thus, if one definitely observes, And clings to the body and life, Desire is completely pacified from the root, Like the sun completely dispelling darkness. Separated from seeking and companions, Encountering the unpleasant and tormented by desire, Having the suffering of sickness, old age, and death, Even if one goes to all places, that suffering will not disappear. Flesh, flies, heat, Cold, hunger, thirst, and so on, Wherever one goes, it is suffering, Because the mind arises with joy in the objects, Therefore, one should dispel those thoughts. The mind is like lightning, a monkey, and clouds, Similarly, it is like the waves of the great ocean. Because the reason is to tend towards objects and manifest joy, Unstable, it must be tamed with mindfulness. Therefore, the Bhagavan, the King of Conquerors, said: "The mind is the root of all these dharmas." The taming of the mind will obtain the happiness of gods and humans, As well as heaven and liberation. The faults of the mind cause rebirth as animals, The mind falls into hell, obtaining the unpleasant. If the mind becomes extremely tamed, Then one is separated from earth, water, fire, wind, birth, old age, death, etc., As well as harm in the middle and the end, Obtaining liberation, happiness, and peace. Common and uncommon mantra accomplishments, Small happiness and separated from the eight happinesses, Afflictions and poisons will be completely destroyed, One should obtain it with a tamed mind. It is not born from arbitrary karma, nor from time, Nor from the nature of self-sovereignty, Even if it is not without cause and condition, nor created by humans, But sentient beings are born from karma and afflictions. The form aggregate possesses the four great elements, That is not me, and I am not the form aggregate. There is no self in the form aggregate, and no form aggregate in the self, One should know that the form aggregate is the four empty aggregates. The form aggregate is like a bubble

Like dewdrops. Feelings are impermanent like bubbles. Such a view is a good view. If it is different from this, it is called a wrong view. One should always refrain from speaking harsh and meaningless words, Going to another's wife and telling lies, Stealing and killing others' lives to cause harm, And drinking alcohol and other actions. No matter how much merit a fool accumulates with body, speech, and mind, Because everything is destroyed by wrong views, Its ripening will turn into unpleasant results. For example, even if earth, water, and season are complete, If the seed is broken, sprouts will not grow, Likewise, for those destroyed by ignorant wrong views, Good dharmas will not arise in their minds. If one can always abide in the path of dharma with the ten virtues, it is good. One should completely abandon stinginess, arrogance, and pride. Whoever kills arhats, parents, And disrupts harmonious sanghas, Or with hatred towards the Tathagata, Takes the blood from the Buddha's body. These extremely hateful actions, The Victorious One said are the practice of the five inexpiable sins. If one commits any sin out of ignorance, One will not attain accomplishment in this aggregate body. Destroying stupas, killing bodhisattvas, Defaming those who have exhausted their afflictions, Killing disciples, and for those who possess sanghas, Taking away their wealth out of greed. These twenty-five inexpiable sins, the Tathagata has declared. Whoever acts improperly, Will experience the suffering of the Avici hell for eons. Even if one practices secret mantras, one will not attain accomplishment. Whoever damages the scriptures of the Tathagata's words, Or burns them with fire, Or throws them into the water with malicious intent, Or abandons the body of the dharma, And kills monks and nuns adorned with all precepts, Laymen and laywomen, Or burns temples with evil intentions. By committing these sins in the human realm, One will not see accomplishment even with ascetic practices. Whoever harms the Three Jewels, Even if one does a little harm with harmful intentions, Oneself will remain in the Avici hell for a long time. After being liberated from there, due to the power of karma, One will obtain the body of a person of bad lineage and an animal. I

These I briefly explain to you. Kill those who can do unpleasant things, cut off mantras and cause harm, do not hold the assembly of mantras with evil thoughts, cut grass with nails meaninglessly, kick ropes with feet, etc., pierce the nose, disrespect the Sangha, offerings to spirits or divine food torma, if it falls on the ground, the mantra practitioner should not eat it. Suppressed by lust, one should not engage in animals and women who should not be engaged in. One should not catch untamed elephants and snakes, nor should one whip constantly running horses. Whoever does not have a firm compassionate mind towards the sickness and suffering of sentient beings, and is associated with those actions, will never achieve siddhi. Just as the sky is boundless and cannot be measured with a yardstick to know its limit, similarly, relying on the Three Jewels, the good and bad deeds done cannot be known to their limit. Killing beings such as dogs with nets and traps, and fundamental poisons, and imprisoning vultures and the like in cages, one will not attain accomplishment in this life or the next. After discarding the old flowers of the enemy of Mara, do not step on them with your feet, nor put them on your head. Even if hungry, one should never eat the offered divine food. If one makes friends with good and non-virtuous companions, then there is no difference between Brahmins and outcastes. However, the minds of beings think that this is a Brahmin and this is an outcaste, it is merely a designation. If one aims for the true path and follows virtuous deeds, then even outcastes can go beyond birth and death. If one enters the wrong path and has the behavior of a cow, even a Brahmin will fall into unbearable hell. A body with extreme defilement cannot be purified by others here, that is because it is purified by completely eliminating sins and fully accepting merit. Therefore, having liberated from the law of sin, the law well spoken by the Tathagata, being pure and possessing liberation, one should recite the scriptures to make up for faults. In clean and secluded places, made by the work of clay or sand, the stupa of the Tathagata with the essence of dependent origination, should always be erected to purify sins.
