Look into the gap and enter. Offerings are made to the Tathagatas in the sky, and the mandala is covered with a white cloth smeared with saffron and the like. This is the ritual for blessing the ground of the mandala. On the fourth day, take five kinds of colored powders made of precious stones, grains, or copper, etc., according to your ability, and purify and scatter them with the mantras of the Five Buddhas. Invoke the Tathagatas with the collection of rays of light arising from them and cause them to abide therein. Place it on the south side of the eastern gate of the mandala. Twist five colored threads spun by a maiden with the three mantras called "A-nyo-nya A-nu-ga-ta Sarva Dharma (ཨ་ནྱོ་ནྱ་ཨ་ནུ་ག་ཏ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་, anyonyānugatasarvadharmā, mutually following all dharmas)". With the rays of light arising from flax, invoke the Tathagatas from the sky and cause them to abide. The vajra thread is completed. Bless the union with the mantra "A-kham-bi-ra-hum (ཨ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ།, akhaṃbīraḥūṃ, Aṃ Vīra Hūṃ)", visualizing oneself as Akshobhya and the mudra as Mamaki. If not, visualize the disciple as Amrita Kundali or Vajrasattva. The teacher and disciples draw lines in the sky and draw two Brahma lines. Then, starting from the corner of fire, draw lines by turning to the right. Draw sixteen large parts, making the outer and inner mandalas half and half. In the inner half, divide each of the four large parts into three parts. The vajra tent is four small parts, and the remaining twelve small parts of the three large parts produce nine squares. Draw the lines of the squares of the offering goddesses with one large part. Draw the lines of the abode of the Bodhisattvas and the vajra fence with three small parts and one small part. The second side is also the same. There are eight large parts on the outside. Among them, the four large parts on one side have sixteen small parts. Among them, one small part for the five lines, two for desire, one for the precious banner, and two for the net and half net. One for the bell net, one for the vajra, four for the horse step, one for the lotus, two for the wheel, and one for the entrance. The vajra fence and fire light are drawn with three small parts for the sake of beauty. If there is a fault such as a broken line here,
