ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་སྣ་ཚོགས་པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་དབུས་སུ་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མི་བསྐྱོད་པའི་སྔགས་གྱེན་དུ་འགྲེང་བ་ཤེལ་ལྟར་དག་པ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེའི་ཁོང་སྟོང་སྲོག་དང་རྩོལ་བའི་རླུང་ཁ་དོག་དམར་པོ་སྲད་བུ་དང་འདྲ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་བཀོད་དེ། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་ཞལ་ནས་དམ་ཚིག་སེམས་དཔའི་ཞལ་དུ་སྤྲོས་ཏེ། དམ་ཚིག་གི་ལྷ་མོའི་ཞལ་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོའི་ཞལ་དུ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། རྩ་དབུས་མའི་ནང་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོའི་པདྨ་དང༌། དམ་ཚིག་གི་ལྷ་མོའི་པདྨའི་ལམ་ནས་ཕྱུང་སྟེ། དམ་ཚིག་སེམས་དཔའི་གསང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང༌། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་གསང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྟེང་གི་ལམ་ནས་ཡང་སྙིང་གའི་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་ཕྱིན་པར་བསམ་མོ། །ཞི་བ་དང་རྒྱས་པ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་སྟེང་གི་རིམ་པས་སྤྲོ་བ་དང་འོག་ཏུ་བསྡུ་བར་བྱའོ། །དབང་དང་དགུག་པ་དང༌། དྲག་པོའི། ལས་ལ་འོག་ནས་སྤྲོ་བ་དང༌། སྟེང་དུ་བསྡུ་བ་སྟེ་རིམ་པའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་སོགས་པ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བ་སུམ་ཅུའི་བཟླས་པ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་ནི་མུ་ཏིག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཁོར་བ་ཇི་སྲིད་མི་སྐྱོ་བདེ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ངག་གི་བཟླས་པ་བྱ་སྟེ། ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་དང༌། གཡོན་པའི་དཀྱིལ་ལ་རིམ་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དབྱངས་དང་པོ་དང༌། རེ་ཕ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ཟླ་བ་དང་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེ་དག་གིས་མཚན་བར་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། གཡོན་པའི་སོར་མོ་རྣམས་ལ་རང་རང་གི་ས་བོན་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་སྤྱན་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཀོད་དེ། གཡས་པའི་སོར་མོ་རྣམས་ལ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རང་གི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་སོགས་པ་དགོད་ཅིང་པདྨའི་ལག་ཀོར་ལྔ་བྱས་ལ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་རིལ་བུ་ཅན་ཤེལ་གྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་བླངས་ཏེ། ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་མངོན་པར་བཟླས་ལ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བཟླས་པ་མྱུར་བ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་དལ་བ་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཞི་བའི་ངོ་བོ་རང་གི་རྣ་བས་ཐོས་པ་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་སྙིང་པོ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་ཇི་ན་ཛི་ཀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་རོ་ལྀ་ཀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་རཏྣ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་པྲཛྙཱ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིའོ། །ཨོཾ་མོ་ཧ་ར་ཏི་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་དྭེ་ཥ་ར་ཏི་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།

English
This is it: In the heart of the wisdom being, in the midst of various lotuses and moons, establish the mantra of the Bhagavan Akshobhya, such as Oṃ Vajra Dhṛka (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷྲྀ་ཀ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra dhṛka，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Holder), standing upright, pure as crystal, the letters of the mantra empty inside, possessing the life and striving wind, the color red like thread. From the mouth of the wisdom being, spread to the mouth of the samaya being. From the mouth of the samaya goddess, enter the mouth of the wisdom goddess. From within the central channel, extract from the lotus of the wisdom goddess and the path of the lotus of the samaya goddess. Contemplate going from the secret vajra of the samaya being and the path above the secret vajra of the wisdom being, again to the mandala of the moon in the heart. To accomplish pacifying and increasing, spread from the upper order and gather below. To accomplish power, attraction, and wrathful actions, spread from below and gather above, that is the order. Likewise, one should know the recitation of the thirty mandala deities, such as Vairocana. The garland of mantras, like a garland of pearls, should be revolved completely, practicing until one does not tire, between the arising of happiness and existence. Then, perform the recitation of speech, in the center of the right and left hands, as is the order, contemplate adorning with the mandalas of the moon and sun, which have completely transformed from the first vowel and re pha. On the fingers of the left hand, arrange eyes and so forth, which have completely transformed from their respective seed syllables. On the fingers of the right hand, likewise, arrange Vairocana and so forth, which have completely transformed from the letters of their respective dharmas, making five lotus hand gestures, and take a crystal garland with beads of the nature of arhats. Clearly recite the hundred-syllable mantra, and recite the recitation of the thirty-two mandalas, neither too fast nor too slow, in a peaceful manner, hearing with one's own ears.
