This means that whoever obtains what for whom, that person will attain the Vajra body accomplishment of all the Tathagatas, unobstructed like a Vajra. Then, which tantra is it related to? It is related to the tantra that teaches common instructions. This means that it should be related to the tantra that teaches common practices. Then, which yoga is it related to? In the yoga of the generation stage, it is accomplished through the practice of the vase. This means that whoever is bestowed the vase empowerment should abide in the samadhi of the generation stage. Then, to whom should this instruction be taught? The instruction related to the vase is common to both the guru and the disciple. This means that the method of accomplishing common accomplishments and the generation stage are common to both the sangha and the disciple. Explanation of the Secret Empowerment Having explained in detail the method of the vase empowerment and so on, now, taking the disciple as the object, the secret empowerment will be explained. Then, what is the nature of the secret empowerment? Therefore, it is explained: Whatever, secret Bodhicitta. (Tibetan: གསང་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: guhyabodhi citta, Sanskrit Romanization: guhyabodhi citta, Literal Chinese meaning: Secret Bodhicitta) This means that the nature of the secret empowerment is the special Bodhicitta. Then, what is meant by Bodhicitta? Is it not referring to ability? The Bodhicitta that arises from meditation, does not abandon other abilities. This means that the Bodhicitta that arises from being combined with meditation is free from faults such as distraction. Because it has the ability to purify the sins of speech, ability is not abandoned here. Thinking that this definite statement, why is it the secret empowerment? Whatever, secret Bodhicitta, in order to infuse into speech. This means that because it should be kept secret, and it is Bodhicitta, and it is able to purify the conceptual thoughts of speech.
