以中央的枣核安住处为依托，依靠三次旋转的技巧，生命之气如祖达般进入，是祖达之气。 名为津孜日，位于受用轮的东侧叶瓣上，依靠受用的技巧，使下泄之气长久运行，因此，津孜日是下泄之气。 名为月亮顶，依靠给予受用的技巧，向上的月亮安住在受用轮，与口盖的性质相同的气息推动，在舌尖品尝，因此月亮顶是平等住之气。 名为康波孜，安住在受用轮，依靠怖畏的技巧，使向上的气进入，因此，康波孜是向上运行之气。 名为发髻者，依靠明亮的技巧，执持与三种形态相似的色境，因此，发髻者向上运行。 名为声母，依靠灰烬面容的技巧，因为听闻三种形态的声音而扰乱，因此声母是遍布运行之气。 名为骨骼母，依靠饥饿的技巧，对于与三种形态的菩提心同因的境，康是推动，因此，骨骼母是真实运行。 名为骨，依靠摄取精华味道的技巧，推动三种形态的声音，因此，骨是极度运行之气。 名为勾招，因为幻化的技巧勾招三种形态的所触境，因此肠是必定运行之气。 应以眉间中央安住的气轮为参照而述说，因此，也因为自身计算而具有六，与双眉一起为八，与中央一起立为九。 名为罪恶，因为以眉间中央的性质安立于中央的位置，因此罪恶是生命之气。 名为左旋者，依靠大气之技巧，说是排泄等，排泄等是下泄之气。 名为清凉，依靠微尘旋转的技巧，使上方安住的界平等，因为是清凉的性质，所以清凉。

Named Jinziri, located on the eastern petal of the enjoyment wheel, relying on the skill of enjoyment, making the downward-clearing air run for a long time, therefore, Jinziri is the downward-clearing air. Named Moon Top, relying on the skill of giving enjoyment, the upward moon dwells in the enjoyment wheel, the breath with the same nature as the palate is pushed, tasting at the tip of the tongue, therefore Moon Top is the equally dwelling air. Named Kangbozi, dwelling in the enjoyment wheel, relying on the skill of fear, making the upward air enter, therefore, Kangbozi is the upward-moving air. Named Hairknot Holder, relying on the skill of clarity, holding the form realm similar to the three forms, therefore, Hairknot Holder moves upward. Named Sound Mother, relying on the skill of ashen face, because of being disturbed by hearing the three forms of sound, therefore Sound Mother is the pervading air. Named Skeleton Mother, relying on the skill of hunger, for the realm that has the same cause as the three forms of Bodhicitta, Kang is the impetus, therefore, Skeleton Mother is the truly moving. Named Bone, relying on the skill of absorbing essence and taste, pushing the three forms of sound, therefore, Bone is the extremely moving air. Named Hooking, because the skill of illusion hooks the three forms of touchable objects, therefore the intestine is the definitely moving air. It should be described with reference to the wheel of air dwelling in the center of the eyebrows, therefore, also because it is counted by itself, it has six, together with the two eyebrows it is eight, and together with the center it is established as nine. Named Sin, because it is established in the central position with the nature of the center of the eyebrows, therefore Sin is the life air. Named Left-Twister, relying on the skill of great air, it is said to be excretion and so on, excretion and so on is the downward-clearing air. Named Cool, relying on the skill of dust rotation, making the realms dwelling above equal, because it is the nature of coolness, therefore Cool.

是平住之风。 名为“美行”者，依不悦意之脉，从梵穴之门美行，是左行之风，美行是上行之风。 名为“喉”者，依执持母之脉，以色之境，尤为粗大之故，坎达喇是上行之脉。 名为“一切母”者，依不分别之脉，引至一切声之境，故一切母是遍行之风。 名为“胜施者”者，依圆满之脉，于香味之境生起贪执，复次胜施者亦如实行。 名为“狂作”者，依左眉间之脉，受用土味之境，如生疯狂，故狂作是极行之风。 名为“慢养”者，位于右眉间，于触之境生起我慢，如养育般滋养，故慢养是决定行之风，此乃就大乐轮而言。 名为“众主”者，依于大乐轮中央之位，引导菩提心，故众主是命风。 名为“坚固”者，依次第之脉，如风与语，如一子般执持，故坚固是下泄之风。 名为“地慧”者，欲贪母依脉，具安住之自性，于一切财物中，尤为殊胜，梵穴处，慧是欲之体性，何者具有，彼是地慧母，即是平住之风。 名为“善乘”者，欲贪母之脉，于上行中，何者尤为善乘，彼是善乘，即是上行之风。 名为“最生”者，依执持命之脉，执持色，从一切，即一切种类生起之故，最生是上行之风。 名为“无垢”者，依月室之脉，执持无垢之声，故无垢是遍行

That which is called "Throat" relies on the channel of the Holding Mother, because the object of form is particularly coarse and large, Kandhara is the upward moving channel. That which is called "All Mother" relies on the channel of non-discrimination, leading to all objects of sound, therefore All Mother is the pervasive wind. That which is called "Bestower of Excellence" relies on the perfect channel, generating attachment to the object of smell, and again the Bestower of Excellence truly moves. That which is called "Mad Maker" relies on the channel at the corner of the left eyebrow, enjoying the object of earth taste, like generating madness, therefore Mad Maker is the extremely moving wind. That which is called "Pride Nourisher" dwells at the corner of the right eyebrow, generating pride in the object of touch, nourishing like nurturing, therefore Pride Nourisher is the definitely moving wind, this is spoken in relation to the great bliss wheel. That which is called "Lord of Hosts" relies on the position in the center of the great bliss wheel, particularly leading the mind of enlightenment, therefore Lord of Hosts is the life wind. That which is called "Firm" relies on the channel of sequence, like wind and speech, holding like a single child, therefore Firm is the downward clearing wind. That which is called "Earth Wisdom" is that the Desire Mother relies on the channel, possessing the nature of dwelling, particularly superior to all wealth, at the Brahma's hole, wisdom is the nature of desire, whoever possesses that is the Earth Wisdom Mother, which is the evenly dwelling wind. That which is called "Good Vehicle" is that the Desire Mother's channel, in the upward movement, whatever is particularly a good vehicle, that is the Good Vehicle, which is the upward moving wind. That which is called "Supreme Birth" relies on the channel of holding life, holding form, from all, that is, because all kinds are born, Supreme Birth is the upward moving wind. That which is called "Immaculate" relies on the channel of the lunar chamber, holding the immaculate sound, therefore Immaculate is pervasive
