English
It means "the present king." Because it destroys all obstacles, cuts off aspects that are incompatible with laziness, and obtains joy in the mind, it is joy. It is both joy and vajra, so it is the Joyful Vajra. "Supreme Joyful Vajra" means a blue staff. Because it averts all fears and generates particularly excellent joy, it is supreme joy. It is both joy and vajra, so it is the Supreme Joyful Vajra of emptiness essence. "Desire Vajra" means great power. Because it eliminates the faults of dakinis and others, it is the desire of true desire. It is both desire and vajra, so it is the Desire Vajra. "Coemergent Vajra" means the king who harms beauty. Because it clarifies the poison of stability and movement, it is coemergent by nature. It is both coemergent and vajra, so it is the Coemergent Vajra. "Others" means those of the same kind. "Immeasurable" means that it cannot be measured by numbers. As for "particularly devoted to the Vajrayana," the Vajrayana is the Mantra Vehicle. As it is said, "Mandala assembly and hearth, the order of gathered tormas, that is known as seven aspects." Thus it is said. As for particularly devoted, those who have joy are particularly devoted to the Vajrayana, that is, they are. "Bodhisattva" and so on are as before. "Together with those who are devoted to mantra practice" means together. "Abides" is related to the previous action. Thus, after showing the complete retinue in two ways, in order to narrate the miracles shown by the Bhagavan, in order to show the limbs of the retinue as a vessel, in order to show other situations. Therefore, "that also" and so on were spoken. As for "Bhagavan," because he has destroyed desire and so on, and because he has destroyed the four maras, and because he possesses the qualities of freedom and so on, he is the Bhagavan.

That which is called "Extremely Well Turning the Wheel" is that which turns the Wheel of Dharma in an extremely good way. Or, the turning that has the characteristic of enjoying the five qualities that desire the means of happiness is the antidote to afflictions such as attachment, and the characteristic of showing the five classes of tantras of the Wheel of Dharma, that which has that characteristic is called that. The Buddha's activity, which is called "Extremely Well Accomplished," is that which is completely and universally accomplished in an extremely good way, by the divisions of sentient beings who act in the three realms, or by the divisions of the five kinds of sentient beings. That which is accomplished is that which has attained the ultimate of excellence. The Buddha's activity, that which has the characteristic of doing the benefit of others, is called that. "The accumulation of merit and wisdom, extremely well perfected," is that which has the characteristic of merit and wisdom that is completely perfected in all ways in an extremely good way, that which has that characteristic is called that. Among them, the three outer perfections, the characteristic of giving, is merit. The characteristic of meditation and wisdom is wisdom. Diligence is a branch of both. Here, too, Samadhi should be the same in the case of the three and the five stages, and the explanation of the accumulation of merit and wisdom should be understood from the mouth of the Lama. The so-called "in that wheel" is, in brief, the aspect of the mandala of the thirty-two gods, and in detail, the nature of space pervades. The so-called "with a smile on his face" is that the lotus of his face is fully opened, because he has the intention of showing the miracle of the Dharma he is teaching. The so-called "abiding" means that he has become abiding. Thus, after showing other states of the teacher, because the light shines, in order to make the retinue into vessels, he said "then" and so on, which is after the activity of the Bhagavan smiling. The so-called "Bhagavan" is the same as before, and is related to "spreading the great net of light." It means that the collection of rays of the nature of wisdom has manifested. Why? Therefore, it is said, "From all the pores of the hair." The meaning is the place of exhortation connected with the Bhagavan.
