It is in six ways. The so-called "to be meditated upon" is the very nature of wind's suchness. Why? Therefore, it is said, "By the supreme yoga," meaning to be fond of practicing the completion stage, being devoid of the characteristics of a yogi who meditates on the generation stage. The so-called "constant" refers to the end of a half-period of time, or the interval of four periods. Therefore, it is said, "By the breaths of countable numbers." Countable means number. The so-called "by the number of breaths" means abandoning the number of breaths that are excessive and deficient, completely abandoning the mixed number, and it is the nature of the number of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. Similarly, "Thus, the breath should be practiced" means that this explains the following. From each mandala, calculate the amount of the remaining mandala, and enter into the sequence of the number of breaths of nine hundred and nine hundred natures, and each period has the nature of the number of one hundred and twenty-seven, the so-called "wind is the practitioner" means that this indicates the place, and is connected with "discrimination." In each mandala, the mandala of the channels runs extremely, and it is the aspect of abiding in exhalation and inhalation. The so-called "discrimination of the division of time" means that this explains the characteristic, and in each place, discriminating the running nature of one hundred and eight, it is the time of difference. The so-called "discrimination" means the meaning of near indication. The so-called "the winds by stopping" means that this explains the return, stopping with the nature of having discrimination, therefore from the nature of non-discrimination, it means to return with the nature of the first yogi. The so-called "abandoning with discrimination" means that this explains purification. After stopping having discrimination, the sole nature of the wind abides, it is because of fatigue. Thus, the six ways means by this reason. Six means six ways. The so-called "brief" means by briefness itself. The so-called "to remember following the outgoing and incoming" means that the entering wind is inhaling.

Ba pa o. The outgoing breath is the arising. Remembering them is the near attainment. Thus, having explained the mindfulness of outgoing and incoming breaths in brief, in order to show the extensive explanation, the nature of counting its branches is shown, that is, it is said, "Initially, life and downward elimination, etc." At first, focus on the illusory body arising from faith, and abandon the number of life and downward elimination that are interrupted, excessive, and mixed. The so-called twenty thousand is twenty thousand thousand. The so-called one thousand is one thousand thousand. The so-called six hundred is six hundred. The so-called number of day and night is the number of day and night. The so-called certainty is because it is taught by the Bhagavan, in order to dispel doubt. Thus, after showing the nature of number, in order to state the certainty of time, "If how many numbers are the place of attainment," it is said that by the reason just stated, in order to obtain the number of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, the number is obtained. The so-called "in twenty-seven days and nights" means that it is definitely stated in twenty-seven days based on extremely sharp senses. The so-called "number is followed by combination" means that it is just shown. The so-called "number is" means that it is previously shown. The so-called "truth" means after abandoning the faults of number. The so-called "by combination" means the meaning of should be done. Thus, after showing the extensive explanation of number in two ways, in order to explain the extensive following, the nature of its branches is shown, that is, it is said, "Thereafter, the following turns to repetition." Such words, like the reason of a bowstring, or the reason of a lute string, are after the number. The so-called "in each time period" means the eight divisions of day and night that are extremely famous in the world, or generally the nature of the divisions of eight hours and eight hours. The so-called "each" means each separately. The following turns to repetition, meaning the wind of all bodies. The so-called "the measure of each time period" means the measure of each time period. The so-called "in life and effort" means observing the outgoing and incoming breaths, in the number of two thousand seven hundred.
