"Without obstruction" means that the nature is the essence of matter. "Half a period" means having the nature of half a period, that is, having the nature of four hours. "From arising" means that it will arise. "From the supreme sky" means from the center of the navel. Or, samsara has no beginning and no end, relying on the basis of emptiness, arising from the power of the mind's continuum. "Nature" means the essence itself. "Wind can destroy" means that it abides by completely abandoning other winds. Or, by meditating on the suchness of wind, one can destroy other winds. "Moving in nine ways" means that the life arising from the navel is wind. "In nine ways" means that it becomes nine ways due to the difference between aggregates and sense bases, because the pervasive wind is integrated into it. "That wind" means having the characteristics mentioned earlier. The Dharma wheel has nine modes due to the difference in channels. Therefore, it is said: "Starting from half a period." It means that it is famous in the scriptures to reach the end of four hours. Relative to worldly people, one period has the nature of eight finger-widths. "From six wheels" means that by abandoning the pervasive wind, with the number of nine-nine, the six wheels become fifty-four during the day. The same at night, it becomes one hundred and eight. "Having nine" means having the number of nine-nine. "At the end of half a period" means reaching the end of four finger-widths. "The winds also rise" means with the number of one hundred and eight. Having thus shown the nature of the place, in order to show the connection with the meaning being explained, it is said: "The difference of those places." It means that those are the numbers of one hundred and eight mentioned earlier. "By the difference of places" means by the characteristic of clearly tending to grasp objects. "Transforms into various distinctions" means that in the state of not fully understanding, it becomes the number of afflictions by the nature of its own essence.
