O. I (say). The one named "Wrathful Vajra Lord" is the Tibetan (term) for Vajrapani. Having thus shown the names of the winds, now, in order to explain the order of establishing their arising, the limb of which is to supplicate the Bhagavan, namely, the phrase "The Bhagavan Vajradhara spoke." What is meant by "winds" is what was just said. What is meant by "how the places" is the places of arising, etc. What is meant by "difference" is extensive explanation. What is meant by "from where" is for what reason, from what place. What is meant by "arising" is production. What is meant by "those" is the winds, namely, those just mentioned. What is meant by "doing" is distinguishing by the difference of vast numbers, and thus making supplication for this meaning, after showing that, now, in order to declare the self-nature, entering into the words of the Bhagavan for this meaning, namely, "The Bhagavan Vajradhara spoke." Thus it is said, it has been said before. What is meant by "Vajradhara" is because of realizing the suchness of emptiness. These two words show the perfection of the Bhagavan's qualities of abandonment and wisdom. What is meant by "of the wind" refers to those previously shown. What is meant by "characteristic of the place" is the characteristic of arising from the place. Having thus shown entering into the words of the Bhagavan, in order to declare the self-nature of the place, it is said "pervading the six wheels," the six are the Nirmanakaya chakra, the Dharma chakra, the Fire chakra, the Enjoyment chakra, the Wind chakra, the Great Bliss chakra, etc. What is meant by "pervading wind" is that the sole self is the nature of the life wind. What is meant by "Dharma chakra" is together with consciousness in the place of the heart. What is meant by "constantly dwells" is until the end of death. Therefore, in the text, therefore the word "life" is spoken, as it will be explained: "Extreme going and life exertion, from the path of the sense doors, at times constantly and extremely going, here it is called life." Thus it is said. How is it? Therefore it is said "going pervades," what is meant by going is the body possessing the nature of movement. The place of arising in that and that by the power of karma, is for the sake of taking birth. Various
