How to do it? It means to fully understand its nature. What are those two forms like? Therefore, it is said, "Pervades all bodies," meaning it pervades all sentient beings. It is said, "Flows through the nostrils," meaning it flows through the two channels of the conventional nostrils. It is said, "In the body," meaning in the body itself. It is said, "Arises," meaning it arises from the accumulation of respective karmas. It is said, "Constantly," meaning constantly in time. It is said, "By what power," meaning by the power of the great nature of the wind of conceptual thought. In a state of not fully understanding. It is said, "The path of samsara," referring to the path of existence. Different according to the division of the six realms. It is said, "Here," referring to the object of focus nearby. It is said, "Samsara," meaning it arises like a chain of buckets. It is said, "Third," because it is intended to declare the other two that are different from the nature of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). It is said, "Realized by yogis," is the realm of practitioners of the two stages. It is said, "Without discrimination," meaning even with the intention of two purities, it is free from discrimination. It is said, "Extremely wonderful," because it appears to itself in its respective forms. It is said, "By stopping all winds," meaning stopping the ten winds and the one hundred and eight conceptual thoughts. It is said, "Birth," meaning it is about to arise. Where does it arise? Therefore, it is said, "Therefore, one should realize it," referring to the seeds of the lord of mind appearing nearby. Thus, having explained the main syllable with three meanings, wanting to declare the method of actually practicing it, therefore, the nature of its limbs—the three wheels—is declared, that is, "Completely abandoning the stopping of all winds." It means that all refers to having the number of one hundred and eight, or stopping the ten is approaching gathering. It is said, "Truly," meaning without being mistaken. It is said, "I," referring to the teacher who shows the form of the six Tathagatas. It is said, "Reason," is the characteristic of the method. It is said, "Said," meaning it has been spoken. It is said, "In the center of the Emanation Dharma Wheel," referring to the center of the two wheels.
