Cushion. From "called Rakshasi" to "in order to accomplish things," it means Rakshasis who live on islands and other places, who have long fingernails, and whose hair is disheveled, etc., any wrathful king such as the holy Yamari, etc., are summoned through visualization. Incense is burned with human bone ash, lamps are lit with pure sesame oil, and offerings of blood and foot-washing water are made to please them. By visualizing the various vajras placed on the crown of the head, they are made immovable. By practicing the asceticism of mantra, one should practice until the accomplishment of the great mudra is obtained. Thus it is taught. Regarding "meat eaters and others also have the same vows," it refers to the rituals of meat-eating women, yaksha women, non-human women, spirit women, hungry ghost women, accomplishment vase women, etc. One should know that this is this practice. This is stated in the Vajra Lower Tantra and the Vajra Dakini and Subduing Spirits Tantra, and should be understood from them. From "Vajra Dakini" to "vow," it is said that from the Guari and other Vajra Dakinis mentioned in the Auspicious Buddha All Equal Union Tantra, one summons with the nature of the form of the auspicious Heruka, offers the five amritas and five iron hooks, satisfies oneself and them, and enters into equality with them. With non-elaborate conduct, one should abide in this until the accomplishment of the great mudra is obtained. By manifesting supernatural powers through actions such as harming the Three Jewels and drawing blood, one attains the state of immovability. Thus it is taught. The Vajra Dakinis are for cutting off the wicked. From "like this" to "it should also be said like that," it is said that just as the Blessed One Great Vajradhara is accomplished from the beginning, so too the Brahma and other lords of the three realms, who are the nature of his emanation body, have great supernatural powers and are accomplished from the beginning. Therefore, in order to gather sentient beings, yogis gather together and practice vows, just as sentient beings, by their nature, are the cause of taming, and with that

Thus are sentient beings! They constantly act with attachment and so on. In the vows of such conduct, it says: It is not meaningless, nor is it merit. Therefore, those such as Brahma are emanations of Vajrasattva, so they should not be slandered. Here, it is declared to establish this with valid cognition. Here, it is also said, "Whatever other contenders," and so on. The other contenders are the Samkhya, the worthy of offering, the logicians, the Vaisheshika, the Charvaka, the skeptics, and so on. They are also outsiders because they possess incompatible views, and they are also contenders because they slander the teachings of the Tathagata; they are other contenders. "By the distinctions of signs" refers to the distinctions of ascetic practices, such as the color of the matted hair and the touching of the head, three dots, a staff, wearing Dharma robes, smearing with ashes, holding for offerings, wearing clothes of various directions, and so on. Those who abide by their distinctions are the Tirthikas who discriminate. They should not be despised here, that is, they should not be slandered. Why? Vajrasattva is the great glorious Vajradhara. "Emanation" means that it is his manifestation. Therefore, in the Guhyagarbha Tantra, the Blessed One abides in the mandala of various emanations, and all the guardians of the directions, such as Indra, outside the iron fence, should be made joyful, because Vajrasattva pervades all. The reason for pervading is also because it is the nature of suchness that is contained within all dharmas. As it is said: All yogas are the Blessed One, Vajrasattva, the Tathagata. The three realms, without exception, are all his enjoyment. Now, from "now" to "thus he spoke," the yogi of the completion stage knows that the three actions of the body, such as killing, the four actions of speech, such as lying, and the three actions of mind, such as covetousness, are all of the nature of emptiness, and then he will be liberated. Because in the ultimate sense, there are no beings and they are not perceived, how could they be killed?
