To. The yogi of Amitabha, visualize the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) on the right hand completely transforming into an eight-petaled lotus, and in the center of it, place the white letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), and on the petals, place eight white letters HRI (Tibetan: ཧྲི, Devanagari: ह्री, Romanized Sanskrit: hrī, literal Chinese meaning: Hri). Visualize the white rays of light emanating from that, hooking the poison from the body of the one to be subdued, merging into the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), and gathering it with a fist, striking the ground in succession. It is taught that the hooked poison should be visualized as white, and the stiff poison should be visualized as black. From the so-called "sun's poison" to "liberation from disease," it is taught that both external and internal diseases are healed. The phrase "arising from sudden causes such as weapons" refers to those arising from weapon strikes, and diseases caused by sentient and non-sentient beings. The phrase "arising from causes of malevolent actions" refers to those arising from the violent actions of enemies skilled in mantras, which are external causes. The phrase "arising from causes of imbalance in humors, impurities, and incompatible foods" refers to internal causes. Imbalances in humors are caused by wind, bile, phlegm, and their combinations. Impurities are tumors and the like arising from the accumulation of impurities. Incompatible foods are either too little or too much, with too little leading to emaciation and the like, and too much leading to indigestion and the like, which are internal causes. To destroy these, first visualize Vairochana and the other three deities, and in the navel of the patient, the letter HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) completely transforming into a vajra stake, with bared teeth, fierce and sharp, standing with the right leg extended, making the threatening gesture and raising the vajra. Visualize the letter KAM (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Devanagari: kam, Romanized Sanskrit: kam, literal Chinese meaning: Kam) arising from this, emanating from the direction of the heart of the one to be subdued, and whatever form the disease takes, such as spitting, coming out of the mouth, being struck into powder by the vajra stake in front with the vajra, and being burned to ashes by the light of the burning vajra and other flames held in one's hand. At that time, the diseases will be destroyed. After that, visualize the assembly of Jnanadakinis, the form of the collection of rays of light, Vairochana and the retinue of Buddhalochana and others manifesting, and the Bodh arising from meditative absorption.
