It abides in what is to be expressed by the collection of words. All beings who have entered, the mandala assembly who have become complete, abide in the teaching that speaks of all dharmas as selfless, this should be contemplated. That all dharmas are like illusions is the reason. That all dharmas are false is the pledge. It is merely an approximate representation, that all dharmas are empty, because they are without inherent existence. All dharmas are without characteristics, because there is no cause such as Ishvara. All dharmas are without aspiration, because they transcend conceptualization. Similarly, the four seals of dharma are: all conditioned phenomena are impermanent, because they are made. All conditioned phenomena are momentary, because they are made, and because they exist, and because they will be distinguished by the divisions of conditions. All dharmas are selfless, because the self with the characteristic of an object of focus is not seen. Nirvana is peace, because it is unconditioned and self-aware. Other than that, it is called vajra speech by false words. After the activity of mind, the activity of speech is to be explained: the victorious ones are the mandala assembly. Knowing all beings, that is, focusing on the aspect of naturally pure. Because it is the essence of the Tathagata, that is, because it is the nature of all the Tathagatas. Also the victorious one, that is, the one who holds the action. They are all beings abiding in the three realms gathered into the mandala assembly. To show that very thing, it is shown that all beings, and so on. All dharmas are the aggregates and so on. The deceiver is the false, that is, emptiness. The very nature of being like an illusion. That is, like a city of gandharvas and so on, although they appear separately, they are not true, because they arise from interdependence. Arising from dependence, not arising. That is spoken by the supreme wisdom. Without thought and without object. Without gathering and without place. Born from the seed of ignorance. Without beginning, without end, and without middle. Like a water tree, without essence. Similar to a city of dryads. Confusing and fierce. The beings appear like illusions. Thus it appears.
